We are very happy with the finished work after paint removal and repointing of brickwork at our property. There were a few communication issues along the way, but now forgotten that the work is concluded.

Frank in particular has done a super job in finishing the work off, an excellent timekeeper and hard worker. He has been polite and meticulous in making sure that we were satisfied with what work had been done.

Jamie was super friendly and did an excellent job, sorted my problem quickly and efficiently.

He was incredibly polite and well mannered, making sure to explain everything in a clear and precise manner. Would definitely recommend him and the Environ team!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I honestly can’t fault Environ Property Services or their customer service. I was very stressed with the work that needed doing as I’m super busy, however from the very first visit the team took full control, reassured me, and followed through seamlessly.

They are reliable, tidy, and the quality of their work is to a very high standard. I can’t recommend them enough — a huge thank you to Terry and the team. I’m so happy to have everything completed without any stress!

They are exceptionally good, I did not have to chase them after my first call,
On my first call which was almost 6pm in the evening, they said can we send someone to fix the job day after tomorrow,
I have requested them that if it is possible to send some next day,
They have arrange some one for next day in the morning and they have fixed the problem completely,
I have received a phone call from their customer service before the job so they could confirm the arrival time again,
They were ready to make any changes if required.
I have used their services few times before as well in past and I have found them competitive prices and quick response where most of other companies are not so quick and charges much more than that.

We had been have an ongoing drain issue in our house for nearly 2 years and couldn't find where it was coming from - it drove us mad! We had so many different people coming and giving us difference things until Jordan came and found the solution!!! Jordan and John were the most professional, kind, tidy AND funny people. They were so good at the job, thorough and had a huge amount of knowledge between the 2 of them. They made a fabulous team! They fixed our problem and we can't thank them enough (I am just sorry this review is so late!) So once again thank you!!

After a hiccup with the appointment date, Jordan and Ashley arrived to fix our pipe. They did a very good job, were patient and listened to our questions and requests. They were very friendly and very nice and polite. Very happy with the results.

We used Environ to remove and replace the mortar under roof ridge tiles. They were excellent and it is the second time we have used them.

Alisha managed the schedule the work in our window, and roofers Kyle and Frank even came on a Sunday to finish the job as that suited us. Would definitely recommend.

I needed internal damp plaster to be hacked off to the bricks and fresh plaster with dry rods inserted as necessary to be applied. Inevitably a dusty and messy job, but Melvin and Luke from Environ’s damp team did a wonderful job, covering floors, cupboards and furniture and keeping the mess to a minimum. They were both such pleasant and hardworking men too.
I have had several different Environ teams at various times and as always Dave Crane the surveyor has made sure they knew exactly what needed doing and has supported me throughout. Environ and all their employees are an excellent company.

At all stages from initial survey to drains inspection and the actual pipe repair and drainage work the team gave clear feedback. The work was completed on time as agreed and was a stress free process throughout

Environ made arrangements to install and monitor pest control. They were efficient and effective.
