I have used Environ for over 14 years across my businesses and could not be happier with their service. Over the past year alone, they have completed a variety of projects to an exceptionally high standard, including the internal painting of our historic building, damp removal, intricate plumbing works, and most recently, the construction of a bespoke outdoor shed.

The shed had to be custom-built to comply with the strict requirements of our Grade II listed building. It was carefully designed and crafted to fit around a couple of awkward edges, resulting in a unique shape that maximised every inch of available space—though you would never know by looking at it, as it blends in seamlessly.

Both carpenters, Marius and Presley, were fantastic: professional, attentive, and respectful of my vision. They took the time to listen to my requests, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end of he day.

We also have all of our pest control services with Environ and are extremely happy with the work they do. A special mention to Aaron, who carries out our regular pest control visits—he is always thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Beyond my businesses, I have also engaged Environ for my rental property, where I faced an ongoing leak that multiple managing agent contractors had failed to diagnose, leaving my tenants frustrated. After contacting Environ, Terry and David promptly visited the property and identified the issue within minutes. The remedial work was completed within 48 hours, fully resolving the leak.

I cannot recommend Environ highly enough for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Environ have been involved with us for pest control at our house (rats) and have been excellent in terms of both their service and customer care. They are not cheap, but are totally professional and far better than other pest control operators that we have used and completely resolved the problem.

Very thorough and helpful. Excellent reports. One failure-no surveyor has yet come to check the work. However quality looks good.

I booked in a damp survey which had to be prepaid in full to secure the booking. By phone, they offered the 16th January which I was unavailable for, and so we agreed to book in the following week (22nd).

I received a call at 7:30am on the 16th January to say the team were on their way(!) and so I reminded them that my booking had been confirmed for the following week and I was not at the property.

I don't think the message was relayed to the main office, as nobody got in touch to iron out any confusion. Thank goodness I phoned them a few days later as it turns out there was no record whatsoever about me being booked in for the 22nd at all.

It has taken several calls, and them having to trawl through telephone recordings to confirm their mistake and refund the money to me. I was planning to still go ahead with them but I daren't now!

The original booking confirmation had absolutely no details specifying the survey date at all which is surely standard practice? Trustpilot pushed me for a review so here is my honest feedback- administrative chaos has cost you a client, I'm afraid!

Thorough visit and knowledgeable

I recently got locked out of my house without a phone to hand I had the think on my feet so I walked into the office of Environ like a damsel in distress and was greeted by Andreas and Terry. They immediately grabbed a tool bag and followed me to my house, then gained entry for me in minutes. So very kind of them to help me, I am so very grateful.. I will be using this company in future for sure!

As promised they turned up three times and were very polite. They placed rat traps but didn't catch a single rat over 3 weeks (all inside the house, under the floor board and the attic)

I need to add that before I called them I placed poison and the rats had eaten most of them. Some of them appeared to have died under the floorboards.

They also charged me for a drain CCTV inspection. The trap visits and the drain CCTV cost me over £500!

So basically I spent over £500 to catch no rats.

They want to install a drain valve to prevent the rats entering the property at a cost of £1500!

I requested a partial refund but they declined.

The work completed was of a good quality and if we just consider the investigation and the completion of the actual work then I would rate my experience as good. Unfortunately the team let themselves down with the planning if there are a number of project tasks to be managed. They can only seem to focus on one task at a time which elongates the whole process. And information being passed between teams seems to get lost. A small point but irritating was that I told them a number of times to contact me for parking as I can get at 50% of the normal but they continued to charge at full price. Putting the admin issues to the side I was happy with the technical advice given and work completed.
