It’s Eusebiu again! I am just writing to inform you all that I am still waiting for the money that they promised because the solar system didint work for months and they said they will pay me for those months but no one contacted me for months now!
Please don’t fall in the trap of this guys it’s all fake they just want you to pay and after they leave you hanging! They are the worse company ever! If the was -5 start they would deserve it!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke to Luke in customer service (only person that ever answers) I received Government funded cavity wall insulation, I had to get fan fitted in my bathroom to allow for the certificate of works completed the electrician Vincent was in such a rush when fitting my bathroom Fan that the electrics in my bathroom ie toothbrush socket and mirror light was broken, tried to contact electrician directly who arranged a time and date to come back and fix, he did not appear and then said his job in my area was cancelled. I then contacted Matthew the person who called me to arrange the original appointment, I was out of the country for 2 weeks and was told by Matthew that he would call me the day I return, he didn't call so I called him only to be ignored. I then contacted customer service to arrange it through the company paid to carry out the works, it was arranged for 11/11/2024 electrician did not turn up. I called customer service and spoke to Luke who said he would contact the electrician, he called me back to let me know the electricians lines were down (if you belive that) I then called back a couple of hours later to be told by Luke that the company is now in Administration if this company is still in business after the 11th of November 2024 then I know that this is all a lie. I will be contacting the obudsman and possibly my MP I pay my taxes and although I am receiving the works free to me it is paid by the taxes each of us pay, this, in my opinion cannot be accepted and as a tax payer I will not let this lie. I have not received my certificate for works completed.

After repeatedly contacting customer service in person and written (e-mail) and directly to the complaints department I still haven't had or an acknowledgement of my complaint. I am still trying to obtain my G98 certificate so I can export my electricity back to the grid. So far this has cost me £285 since my install in July !! Sort this out ENVO Energy. You can improve by actually dealing with complaints and listening to feedback

The cavity wall insulation team turned up on time and got straight to work. After the install was completed, the team then done a perfect colour match on the mortar when repointing the injection holes.

Extremely poor customer relations. Solar panels system not connected correctly. No handover session of the system. Told the system was being monitored for us. We found out this was not true because of the faults ( a few ). Had to hire another company to rectify the errors and explain how everything works!
I cannot recommend this company.

Holes left in house!
I have holes left in my render around my house after receiving cavity wall insulation from this company in 2022. Also the level of scraping they done to take stones from my render was excessive and now leaving walls with limited stones/pebbles. I have contacted them several times due to water ingress around area's that holes have not been filled. I have been told on multiple occasions that someone will get back to me yet with no response. 1 1/2 hours to insulate a 3 bed semi detached house?? I have witnessed everwarm pumping cavity insulation into my neighbours properties for 5 hours per property of same size! I am going to get a warmworks inspection with thermal camera to see if correct work was actually administered.

After a no show by Envo Workmen 4 weeks ago who were appointed to repair the 2 year old holes left on my external walls, my calls to the company are now being ignored! Absolute lack of professional standards experienced. The fact of the holes being at the highest point of my house makes this fix impossible for a DIYer. I think this company expects to provide substandard work and for the customer to shut up and accept this.

Having insulation installed in the room in the roof by ENVO has been an excellent choice. Great work, fab tradesman that even vacuum up! Work is neat and tidy and care has been taken. The team has taken pride in their work and it has gone well with good communication all along. Highly recommend the whole Team with Jamie coordinating it all.

I had a great experience with Jamie and his team at Envo in Edinburgh. I work in energy policy, and know a fair amount about insulation, old buildings, and energy efficiency. It was clear from the moment that I met Jamie that he really knew what he was talking about - no BS, just a very straightforward explanation of the pros and cons (and costs) of various options.

The work was done quickly, cleanly and with impeccable attention to detail, and I have already recommended Envo to friends.

I was dubious when my wife made an appointment after responding to a cold call at the door. However, after a bit of research, I was happy to entertain the Envo sales rep. We now have a full system installed with great precision and meeting my own overly high standards. Contact from day was was very good and flexible enough to update the design & installation when we decided on additional panels & another battery. The installation team (Brad & Max) were exceptional with their attention to detail and respect for our property; routing cable runs so they were almost invisible (we had PV panel on three roof aspects and the inverter/batteries in a detached garage loft). If you are able to have the Solar iBoost - it's a great addition to the system, saving on gas bills! Derek managed everything with great efficiency, keeping us updated at every stage. A great team effort and we are very pleased with the installation.

It all started with a down to earth guy turning up at my door 20 mins after yet another phone call from someone else wanting to sell me solar panels. The service we got was brilliant, it probably wasn’t the cheapest I could have got but 6 weeks after first contact I’ve got a a great system and are busily selling energy back to the grid. What a result!!!

All aspects of installation well managed. Team polite and courteous. Better cable routing than survey suggested. (I had been incorrectly informed that cable trunking was required due to electrical regulations). Neat and tidy installation with no visible cabling other than in loft. Areas cleaned and necessary access holes made good. Scaffolding put up day before and removed day after installation- minor downside that scaffolding blocked sky dish so no reception (scaffolding didn’t need to be so wide for installers).

Whilst the initial sales process was a little haphazard and not all information was obtained at the time (the installation of the system was delayed), the installation stage and its follow-up were handled efficiently and professionally, and the panels generate electricity as expected. The scaffolder, installation team, and backroom staff worked well together. The certificates and documents were produced promptly after the installation.

All organised and carried out very well, a mix up with the scaffolding was sorted quickly and didn`t cause any delay. The fitters were polite and helpful, tidying up.

The installation went increadibly well. There was a slight mixup with the scaffolding being put up earlier than either myself or Envo expected. A quick call and they arranged to bring the install date forward. Everyone involved has been increadibly professional and friendly.

The one and only downside is the amount of paperwork involved that needs signing.

Great customer service, everything was explained to us. The whole process was very quick. The fitters were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them.

All communication was really good and really fast installation!

A very fast and smooth process. Fitting of both the batterys and panels went without hitch. A few issues with the electric car charger and existing smart meter which were addressed expeditiously. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Yielding much more energy than expected! Really happy with the results!

James Lomas was the first contact we had with Envo Energy. As a sales person he wasn't pushy, he explained everything clearly and honestly and gave us time to ponder over the initial proposal. Derek Lane was so helpful in allowing us to add the bird guard at a later date just when the installation date was agreed. From install to handover was excellent. Max the electrician did a brilliant job and tidy up after. It took just a day to set up the entire system of 18 panels and 3 batteries. After install care was great. Max came back to change a few configurations on my request. All documentations required were provided I am on Octopus Intelligent Go and my export to grid set up is all live now. The system as whole is working as expected, everyone involved in the work were very professional and polite, into nearly 4 weeks now with no issues at all. I will highly recommend Envo Energy to anyone looking into having solar installed.
