A installation job that was planned to take 2 days took over 2 weeks. Initially, the wrong number of solar panels were installed and i had to point this out to the installers who corrected the shortfall. Two inverters were required; the original plan was for one. The finance package was for the wrong amount but was corrected. For all these issues the company corrected them promptly and the system is working well.

Installers were great - very efficient and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Completely unprofessional and incredibly dodgy representation. I've just had two knock at my door who disregarded my no soliciting sign, dressed for the street rather than as a professional, vaping away, I wouldn't open the door to this, you couldn't be more unprofessional.

I’m very pleased with the service provided by Envo. From start to finish they were great. They kept me informed and took care of everything. Installation was done in one day, with no delays and no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Couldn't fault the surveyor, installation team and scaffolders. Knew what they were doing, got on with the job, highly professional and worked to a high standard, tidying up as they went.

Would be 5 stars if there was less of a disconnect between head office and the on-site team. We were home anyway so delays didn't really bother us - the most important thing was the final quality of the job.

The installers were not careful with my home and garden.

The first time they worked on it, the front door was left open in the rain and the carpet was drenched and muddy.

I have pieces of metal left on my drive, some metal and plastic attachments thrown into my bin so that I now need to empty my bin, separate the metal from the plastic and book a trip to the tip.
I have also found debris from the installation on top of my porch.

In the garden, my bulbs and roses and shrubs were trampled and broken.

There were some problems with the installation which I completely understand and your office were great at sorting that out when it happened so not all bad, but my garden is going to take some time to recover and some of it will need to be replaced. This is very disappointing, especially as the roses were part of a memory garden.

Quick installation with friendly and accommodating staff.

Envo were really responsive and helpful though out the process, there were a few changes during the installation process which was not ideal as it would have been better to have these issues identified before start however the whole team were quick, helpful and did everything they could to explain things. The equipment seems top notch and the generation matches the estimates given at the start

Excellent service, professionally carried out. I was kept informed from start to finish on my work without feeling like they were constantly contacting me. Everyone involved on the day were polite and professional. Aftercare service was brilliant. All in all I highly recommend Envo Energy.

Very helpful customer care and installing team .

A very professional service that went above and beyond. From start to finish I felt reassured I was making the correct decision. All surveyors that were at my property were so polite and took time to answer all of my questions that I had. The installation took a couple of days and it all went perfectly. Very shortly after I was worried I might not receive my documents needed but they were sent over straight away to my delight. Cannot thank Envo enough for their hard work and support. I felt I was treated as a respected individual. I hugely recommend this company for a solar panel system!

Envo fitted solar to our 2 office blocks on South Manchester towards the end of last year. The entire process was efficient and trouble free completed by a polite and helpful team. Worried that our tenants were going to be disturbed during the works but this was not the case with no real noise created. Overall very pleased with the install and even more pleased to see the savings we now seeing in our energy bills. 10 out of 10 for Envo
