we found some of things went well but not sour when the work men would turn up as we were told didn't get all the component for the work men to youse . but over all not bad

We were told in November that the panels should be in by Xmas 2023. Unfortunately they had to over come a few issues but eventually , now all completed and working well Jan 2024.
All the scaffold, roof panel and elctricians, were polite and helpful ( especially after biscuits and coffee).
A special mention to Mark and his side kick, who stayed till 8pm to complete the electrics. My only comment is the companies communication could be improved a little.

Job brought forward due to a cancellation. Installing solar panels great. Electrics and systems installed well and information supplied. But did have to chase on when different people were turning up.

Had the rep round to do a quote and survey on my home for Solar. 1st quote over £15k for an 8 panel and 2x 2.5w batteries. When i gasped at the price he used the Kirby hoover technique of offering a discount, saying 'i wont even need to call my manager for approval'. Knocked 3 grand off. Tells me they are not an honest company, When he left i googled the panels and battery and you can the panels from City Plumbing for £80 each. The Batteries are £600 each so he has tried to quote me circa 10k for installation. Managed to get a 10 panel system from my energy supplier for 4 grand cheaper along with interest free finance. Poor reply from envo. 5 year warranty on battery and inverter, who I went with has 12 years... you are overpriced. The trainee salesman who came has now quit your company as he was so embarrassed by the sales technique.

Expert in solar systems. Installation professionally done and resourceful to answer queries from inexperience customer.

Really impressed with the product, service and installation from Envo Energy. Overall very pleased. The scaffolding went up the day before the installation. The installation took one day, but the company said allow for two. Very tidy work. Envo took care of the grid application, and kept me informed, and all the paperwork was received after the install on email. I am now addicted to checking my solar app to see what my system is doing, so far I'm impressed. I've been running my house on just the solar and batteries. I would highly recommend this company.

I found that the sales, surveyor and installation didn’t really speak to each other. I kept getting phone calls asking or telling me things that they had already asked me or told me. I’m still waiting for some help from them with the app. The aftercare service from Melanie on the other hand has been amazing. Thank you very much to her.

The service from start to finish, completed in December but we currently have a fault noticed this morning so waiting to see if it clears

Professional, prompt service

Courteous and helpful installation team. They came as promised, on the day they agreed. The friendly polite installers worked hard to meet the agreed deadline, and finally the necessary 'system testing' was arranged..with my wife and I present. They left our home largely tidy and liveable. A professional carpet fitter re-laid our floor coverings all before their departure. Their attention to detail was surprisingly thorough..such work ethics are rare today. The Head of Operations is a man called Nick Bellman. He dealt patiently with our occasional anxieties, and he conscientiously made himself available to answer our concerns.

Installation was fine and 3 months on everything is working, but once I had paid the balance Envo subsequently failed to supply the handover pack or electrical installation certificates for the work that they had done, despite me following up several times.

Edit - 4 months on and I've still not received any installation certificate, handover pack, user manual or anything like that, so I'm downgrading my review to 1 star. The installation all seems to work, but not supplying any paperwork or showing any effort to resolve this seems completely cowboy.

We had a very quick turnaround from meeting the Sales Rep, to our proposal, installation and handover documentation. Follow up information in order to change our energy tariff to allow export of any excess energy held in battery storage was also concise, easy and prompt. No problems with the service at the moment. Hopefully will continue with no issues.

Installers arriving on time. Polite and nice. Installation went smoothly and when stumbled upon problem someone else came to resolve it. Customer communication was great. Questions were answered. All in all good experience.

The communication with Envo was very good from initial contact to completion. The expected performance was covered in great detail based upon the individual property, aspect, angle of roof etc..
Installation was as promised with the panels installed in a matter of hours and electrics following a few days later. Operation of the system was explained and app installed to monitor performance.
Very pleased with all aspects.

Everyone very helpful, but it is new technology with lots of sub contractors so there were the odd glitches. They were overcome and ENVO did well

Very prompt service, good attitude to customers about resolving problems and reassuring over complicated factors. Very competitive contract price. Installation staff did all they could for us.
