I had trouble getting access to the downloads I purchased. Sent an email describing the problem and within a few hours, on a holiday no less, they fixed the problem and got me all squared away! Re... See more

I've been a professional algorithmic trader for 15 years, and EOD Data is one of my go to resources. Super reliable data and very responsive support.
i have tried to contact this company for 2 months with more than 6 emails. Zero response. They have now charged our company credit card without a invoice of any kind provided or listed in our account.... See more
Great source of share prices data. I have been using them since 2013. Occasional hiccup with the data feed but EOD usually gets it sorted out quickly. Price is reasonable.

I agree with Eric
I agree with Eric. I have raised several support tickets (asking for missing data to be added). Most support calls have been ignored despite repeated chases from me. Occasionally they add the missing data (indicating that they have read my support ticket and just not bothered to respond) but not always. I think EOD is a monopoly in my region so I can't get the data from a different provider. Where I diverge from Eric is I wouldn't call the product that good either - FE was much better.
7/10/24 Thanks for responding.
I am now receiving emailed responses to my requests so I am upgrading to two stars.
I can't go higher than two stars for now because i) really EOD or their supplier the LSE should identify new symbols - it shouldn't need me as a customer to analyse them each month and flag them up, ii) there was a long period recently where for successive months none of my requests to add new symbols were actioned. That changed on 4th September when I received an email catching up with the previous few months of new symbols, so hopefully we can take it from here and get a few years of good service, iii) recently we had a period where every day there would be hundreds of symbols missing from the files. These were corrected but for a paid service we should be aiming for 'right first time'. A lot of my money rides on this data so it's important and can't really be 'best endeavours'. I suspect the root cause of this latest issue lies with the LSE not EOD but as a paying customer I need EOD to sort out upstream problems with the LSE and provide a good service to me. Anyway it seems to have settled down again for now.
