Poor customer support
Problem seems resolved eventually. I originally gave one star but have now changed to 3 stars. The technician who came out knew immediately what the problem was. He was excellent. He replaced the plug unit providing the power supply to the antenna as he said it was overheating and a common problem with that particular power type. It all made sense. The internet is working well now. Still not sure why EOLO waited so long to send someone out for a known problem. Could have been sorted a last year.

We got Eolo installed two years ago in a second home in Desenzano del Garda and every time we use it we have recurrent problems with the connection dropping. It happens at least 4-5 times per day for anything from a few minutes to at least an hour. We have been trying to get this sorted with no success so far. Eolo have acknowledged several times that there is a problem but once it starts working again they say there isn’t a problem and won’t send anybody out. And today they have asked us to monitor it for another 4-5 days! I note that they respond to negative reviews stating that they are sure their customer support will sort out any issues but despite repeated contact with Eolo they have failed to resolve the problem. I will post an update to this review should the situation improve.

Upload inesistente, ( email medie dimensioni) download buono se la linea nn è saturata. Sufficientemente - Buono il transito per la TV in streaming.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service when terminating my contact with them due to relocation abroad.
Useful info is that you will have to pay for removing the eolo antenna or whatever it is called. But most importantly you will have trouble getting in touch with them when setting a specific date to do it.
Servizio clienti pessimo.
Non li raccomando. o non raccomando terminare il contratto poiché è stressante fissare un giorno specifico in cui loro vengano a disinstallare, in più dovrai pagare per il servizio di disinstallazione.
