Servizio pessimo..i primi mesi tutto ok poi man mano che il tempo passava la banda disponibile diminuiva..ad oggi di media ho 3Mb in down e 0.0Mb in up con una latenza media di 120MS.. assistenza pagata per rispondere sempre alla stessa maniera....scandalosi..

Eolo Do Not Give You the Service That You Pay For
The internet speed is not as fast as promised, 30 mgb. I have difficulties navigating the internet, with some videos the audio is slower than the visual. This happens at all times of the day not just during the busiest periods. Pages take a long time to load & recently I had no service for part of an evening and the morning. Eolo said the problem was in the North but I live in Umbria so this was not true. This was not the 1st time the line has gone down, it has done so several times. Not only do you lose the internet when the service doesn't function, but also the telephone. Eolo has no Numero Verdi. I understand from others that it's very very difficult to get through to them on their normal line, it's always engaged. I would never recommend Eolo.
