Only use if they have the item in stock

Order and pay for fitter back cream in july was told it was going to be in stock within a mouth ,a mouth later I had to email them to see if cream was in to which it wasn't but was told it will be in next mouth or I could change my order but couldn't have refunded this want on and on like this with me having to keep asking if cream was in
It's now December and I change my order to same thing that I really bid want as I was not prepared to let them have my money for nothing
I found the peploe very rude, unhelpful and had no intention of shipping out my cream that I originally ordered
Only thing I can say is that I got my change of order in a reasonable time

Superb quality grooming brushes

Superb quality grooming brushes and accessories. I highly recommend the patented packs of brushes, and the Alan Davies Brush set. There are instructions provided on how to use the brushes in sequence for best results, and the result is always very clean shiny horses! Who new grooming horses in winter could be so satisfying?!

Its a hustle - Marta Kotonska and Elvira Kurowska

On 1 Dec I ordered an Arion Ladies Riding Jacket with Hood and my card was charged for this item. I was contacted a few hours later to say that they did not have the item they had sold to me but offered me a different item. I said no; they then told me that I would be refunded in 10 days. I protested that they were selling items they did not have and then sitting on people's money for 10 days; I also pointed out that days later their website continues to market and sell the item that I had purchased (but that they do not possess). I was told by the owner (Marta Kotonska) that in essence I should have read the Ts&Cs more carefully and that they reserve the right sell items that they do not possess and take 10 days to refund payment. 5 days later my money has still not been returned to my account. Marta and Elwira Kurowska (her assistant) have a little hustle running here - beware.

I ordered & paid for Aniwell Filtabac…

I ordered & paid for Aniwell Filtabac on the 29th of August, I have yet to receive it and we're now in October. I have contacted them by email and was told that they cannot give me a refund, I emailed on the 4th of October and asked for a credit note, on the 5th of October they replied and said they would be sending out my order on the 23rd of October, but I have still not received the item. I have telephoned them this morning and was told there was still a delay! I spoke to Natalie who did not handle the situation very well at all.
I will be taking this further with my bank.
I seriously wonder if this company is a scam?
As I said earlier I have tried to get a credit note but my emails were ignored.
The item has now sold out on the website so I would very much doubt I will ever receive it.

Useless nozzle

I have your company's brushes, which are brilliant. I bought the Pro Glow moisture and condition, and it drips out. The spray nozzle is just awful. I am so disappointed. The product is good, but it's impossible to use.

Very nice quality brushes

The brushes are as amazing as promised. The dark bays are noticably shinier. The chestnut is a rescue with greasy coat and after 2 days with these brushes there is a big improvement. We have one roan who will be the most challenging to make sparkle. He is brushed often and while he is kept clean, he neither shows dirt nor shine. So my final conclusion will be after a few days brushing the roan! Customer service was great. My biggest complaint is the volume of promotional emails to my account. Yes, I can opt out of them or send them to spam but ideally I'd prefer just to get something interesting every 2-4 weeks rather than the excessive numbers I am currently receiving.
