I was to so impressed Minenhle Ngcobo and Equals

I was to so impressed with the kind help, guidance and support from customer service agent Minenhle Ngcobo who was extremely helpful under pressure and dealt with a complicated process of internal transfers and account/card balances in multiple currencies where I had been so confused and everything was resolved in time for our colleagues trip over seas. I am so grateful and highly recommend Minenhle and Equals - really super helpful. Thanks!

Same as card one money

Same as card one money. They held my application in a pending state for 8 years but yet they claim to look after people’s data. I wasn’t even a customer and they did this to me. Who knows what they have done with my information all this time. Not a single phone call email or letter to discuss this pending application. If they have done it to me then they may have done it to you so check your details with this company. 8 years!!!!!!! Is ridiculous absolutely disgusting.

I’ve now proven beyond doubt there was a breach and they tried to hide it. They told the ombudsman not to share that with me but they did. And it stated there WAS a breach 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I opened a Account Frozen Without Warning — Unacceptable Treatment, Equals Money

I opened a business account with Equals Money, but they froze my account without notice, leaving me completely in the dark and unable to access my business funds. After weeks of no clear communication, they decided to close my account without giving any reason.

This experience has caused serious disruption to my business. Transparency and communication were completely lacking throughout the process.

Be very careful when choosing this bank — my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Efficient customer service

Nokulunga listed to my issue and acted quickly and efficiently. The issue was solved in 5 minutes, I didnt have to repeat myself and overall was a very positive experience. Thank you

What an absolute joke of a bank

What an absolute joke of a bank. AML checks gone mad! They're still holding my partners business money for checks 21 days and the lack of communication and transparency is boarder line criminal. The stress it causing us as a business and family is unbelievable!!! Do not use them if you have a small business to run and haven't got a large income and you value your sanity the lack of customer services and total incompetence is off the scales.

A Special thanks to Nokulunga Gamede, whose swift response and professionalism were nothing short of outstanding. In an industry where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Equals Money proves that excellence still exists.

Their customer focus is leagues ahead of what I’ve experienced, even with major American providers. The British standard of service shines through here: attentive, efficient, and solution-driven. My issue was complex, yet it was resolved quickly and smoothly thanks to their dedicated team.

It’s rare to find a company that treats its customers with such a high level of respect and urgency. I’m extremely grateful and genuinely impressed. Equals Money has earned my trust and my recommendation.
