We have a continuous business relationship since 2022 with equals money, and the equals money team has been of high value and extremely supportive for our business needs in the entire length of the journey.

This was a great service for charities who had branches across Europe - not now!
The sneaky introduction of a £25 per month fee on a our very small account turnover makes it a terrible use of charitable funds. We cant justify such costs to donors and so we will be closing our account. Such a shame!

Equals transformed the management of our charity's limited volunteer expenses for the good. But now they have "sneaked" in a £25 per month charge, I'm looking elsewhere. Our total Equals transactions for 2025 won't exceed £4,000. The new charges equate to a 7.5% transaction charge. Thieves spring to mind. Such a shame as otherwise this was a great platform for Charities.

The issue I was experiencing wasn't able to be resolved immediately, however, the individual with whom I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Between the two of us we were able to identify what the issue was even if it couldn't be addressed immediately but the necessary steps to escalate to relevant departments were taken.

Adam from this company just called, I listened to his sales pitch and informed him politely that we unfortunately have no requirement for Equals Group's services and thanked him for his call and said goodbye. Rather than saying goodbye back Adam said "understood" sarcastically and hung up. Rejection handling is part of the job, Adam. Horrible telephone manner.
