I had a query and needed help, the customer service is fantastic Thabiso Molefe, was really helpful and a pleasure to talk to

I had some technical issues with logging into my account, and when I called, I was truly impressed with how Thabiso Molefe handled the whole situation. Honestly, I have never felt this positive about an agent managing any of my issues so professionally, yet with a human touch.
