Excellent service

I contacted the help line by email Saturday as my card had been declined due to no funds even though main account was showing good balance the card balance was zero. This was rapidly corrected. Very good service.

Equals Money Card

After frustrations for several weeks with the main account manager on this account who did not sort issues repeatedly, Thabiso Molefe from the customer support line sorted everything in one phone call. He was knowledgeable, quick whilst providing full explanations, thorough, friendly and helpful. His service was far better than the main account manager handling the account! FInally got all issues sorted in one phone call (which the account manager did not do after handling it for several weeks). Finally, frustration eliminated. What a difference one person makes about one's feelings toward a company.

The personal care and support for…

The personal care and support for customers provided by Equals Money, alongside fast and competent consultation, represent a tremendous advantage over all other online banking and payment platforms I've used up to now.

I would highly recommend Equals Money for all those who require transparent and responsive online banking services.

Great Customer service!
Thabiso Molefe was friendly, patient, and knew exactly how to help. He took the time to understand my issue and walked me through the solution clearly.

Support with access
