It is so easy to put i money but so difficult to take it out. They have huge delays in withdrawals, they kept telling to put in more and promising a huge profit and easy withdrawal. But since I requested for a withdrawal, there was no response and communication has dropped drastically which made it so difficult to reach them. Over time on # gcasco # the approach I follow has held up well, with payouts being processed when requested.
Quick VIP is a pro version . The customer support on Equiti is poor and they never kept any of there promise .

BEWARE! This company is a SCAM when you start making money. Instead of paying out, Equiti decided to ROB my profits USD$16,256.77 by citing "latency abuse" (Clause 24.2).
I am warning all traders about Equiti (Seychelles). This is my experience:(Account Number: 3520917)
* 2026Jan 20: Started trading.
* 2026 Mar 27: Deposited another USD$8,000.
* 2026 Mar 31: Once my profit reached USD$16,256.77, Equiti abruptly notified me that all profits were being confiscated.
My Account Manager, Chilem Arnavut only told me to "contact compliance team" completely evaded the responsibility to the client. And compliance team refused to provide any technical evidence or logs to justify "latency abuse." This is a total failure of client service and professional ethics. Specially i using the same trading strategies with other Tier-1 broker without any issue of withdrawal.
Equiti claims to be an execution-only broker but cancels profits afterwards on prices THEY provided. This is market manipulation and theft of client gains. Classic scam tactic: they take your losses, but when you win, they find excuses to steal your profits. I have already filed a formal dispute with the FSA Seychelles. Simply a dishonest broker that cannot afford to pay.
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SAFE

im their client for almost now 2 years , things are ok not excellent but it was just fine.. in terms of everything. i faced yesterday morning this Issue when i made 2 deposits with same amount of AED 300 each. the first deposit was successfully added to my trading account.the second deposit was also deducted from my account to their account with all proofs with the transaction confirmed stats along with my bank statement showing that both was deducted. contacted them throigh email and calls and the account manager. all of them were usless . no one help and worst the answer from the account manager was nothing.was received . no answer from the customer service they were ignoring i dont know why. unfortunately this is a bad experience caused me loosing my equiti as no fund was and until now the issue is active and my money still gone without any answer. after posting this, they have credited today. not satisfied at all.

The broker unilaterally deducted 892.41 USD from my account and disabled my withdrawal function without providing any clear explanation or evidence.
The support team only gave a vague reason like “abnormal trading behavior” but failed to specify which exact Terms & Conditions I violated.
I was simply copy trading from a master account, trading at normal market prices, and did not use any bonus or abusive strategy. It is unclear why only my account was penalized while others were not.
Additionally, Lodi Shehryar - Head of Business Development - previously indicated that my funds would be restored, but no action has been taken.
Support and compliance have been unresponsive and unprofessional.
If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to regulators and continue to report publicly.
Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.

I am an IB partner of Equiti and I am currently experiencing a serious issue with my commission withdrawal.
My commission is clearly displayed on the web portal, but I am unable to withdraw it. The withdrawal function does not work even though the funds are shown in my account.
I have already sent multiple emails to the broker’s support team, but there has been no response for more than 3 days and the issue has not been resolved.
In addition, the BD/Sales manager Lodi who was previously in contact with me has not responded to my messages despite multiple attempts to reach out.
This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional. As a partner, I expect transparency and timely support when it comes to commission payments.
I hope Equiti can address this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation for why the commission withdrawal is not working.

Am here again , It’s been some weeks now since my previous review and the situation is still the same , funds are still not back into my equity account. I do not see or feel any sense of urgency. All am told is they are still waiting and they can’t give me any timeframe or tell me when . They cannot trace my transfer , They asked me to contact my bank to asked them from a return transfer copy which my bank explained to me that that is not possible because it was an automatic rejection so there was no return transfer made also said funds are supposed to have been returned by now . This is a very bad experience, and on top of that no really good information my last email has no response or updates. Last email I received before that was saying I would have to wait , until when ? No one knows . This is bad
It’s going to be exactly 2 months on 15th March since I issued the withdrawal.
With everything going on now I just need my funds .

The withdrawal option in my account is disabled. I've emailed the manager as well as Equiti's support email address, but I've received no response. This is my first time trading with Equiti, but this experience has really scared me.

I am out of country and due to some financial reasons, I cannot direct deposit in equiti securities account so I asked my friend to deposit in their account but after depositing the money, they told me that they will send it back in 14 working days. who will keep track of that amount??? and why they don't accept the third party deposit of little tiny amount of AED 360/- ?????

Warning to potential Investors, I’ve had a very disappointing experience!
Deposit was quick and easy, but the withdrawal process was extremely complicated. I was not able to withdraw using my bank card (the same one I used for the deposit) nor through cryptocurrency. I had to send my bank statements multiple times and go back and forth through several emails before the withdrawal was finally approved.
On top of that, I was very disappointed by the transaction fee, which was $30 for a withdrawal of only 130$ !!(much higher than expected)
Overall, this experience was frustrating. I am not satisfied and I will not be using this account again.

My experience with Equiti was frustrating from start to finish. Their platform and support team were unreliable, and it often felt impossible to get a clear or honest answer. Promises made during the onboarding process did not match what was actually delivered.
Customer service responses were slow and inconsistent, and important issues were left unresolved for weeks. Communication was poor, and it became clear that transparency was not a priority.
I found the overall experience unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company with their time or money. I tried to withdraw using the same card I used to deposit, but they came up with a ridiculous reason to refuse my withdrawal. They said I can only withdraw the deposit amount and I can't withdraw profits. What a bunch of scammers!
