Don't fall in the trap

I invested $ 2k. After 1 week trading it reached 3k. On the 10th day it became "0". Irresponsible trading by my manager Mr. Avin. He didn't put the stop loss. Afterall I am the looser.
The company may be good, but the manager was hopeless . Never trust anyone who trade for you. If you are capable of doing , do it yourself.

Untrustworthy Company — Extremely Disappointing Experience

My experience with Equiti was frustrating from start to finish. Their platform and support team were unreliable, and it often felt impossible to get a clear or honest answer. Promises made during the onboarding process did not match what was actually delivered.

Customer service responses were slow and inconsistent, and important issues were left unresolved for weeks. Communication was poor, and it became clear that transparency was not a priority.

I found the overall experience unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company with their time or money. Based on my experience, Equiti does not operate with the level of honesty or accountability that a financial service provider should have.

not recommended!

I start trading on Equiti and after some days my trading account got disabled and unable to login. I conatcted support and they enable it again, they didnt explain any reason or why. after a week the same thing happen, trading account disabled and now withdrawals are blocked. emailed support but no response. This type of service is unacceptable!

Equiti ignored me after platform…

Equiti ignored me after platform failure — escalating to FSA, CySEC & legal action

I attempted to deposit during a margin call but Equiti’s deposit page repeatedly failed to load. Because of that technical failure I lost positions. I immediately reported the problem and supplied screenshots and a screen recording proving the issue.

Equiti replied that they would investigate and get back to me within 24–48 hours. It has now been 6 days and I have received no substantive update or further communication. My follow-ups have been ignored.

This is completely unacceptable. I am publishing this as a formal public complaint and have preserved all evidence. If Equiti does not provide a full explanation, compensation for my losses, and a formal escalation of my case, I will:

• File formal complaints with the FSA and CySEC.
• Pursue all available legal remedies.
• Share this experience across Trustpilot, consumer forums and social media so other clients are warned.

I expect Equiti to contact me immediately with a full investigation outcome and proposed remediation. Failure to do so will leave me no option but to escalate.

Horrible account security

I signed up with equiti like 2 weeks ago and i was about to make a deposit but i got an email saying my account was signed in using another device in another city and i was not aware of it , how my information got leaked so easily ?

Careful password leaked

Careful, password leaked:Someone accessed my portal and opened multiple demo accounts without my consent. I contacted support and asked for the IP and logs of whoever did this, but they told me they cannot provide that information. This is very critical because it means someone has obtained my credentials. Be careful, this is extremely dangerous as it seems the leak came from their side. The most concerning part is that demo accounts were used, which strongly suggests my password was compromised,

Thank you for your reply. I must point out that I already communicated with your support team for over two weeks, but the case was closed without any valid explanation. Furthermore, you refused to provide the IP logs and details of the unauthorized access, which are my rights as the account holder. This refusal raises serious concerns about transparency and the level of security your company provides.

Equiyi may be a good company but their…

Equiyi may be a good company but their RM service is very bad. My account number is 1013347759.
lost money in the account due to the bad signal given by RM. I want to advise everyone to trade through a broker called equuti. The company is good and reliable but never use their RM service. Their RM never prioritizes our money. Their entire focus is on the spread charge they get.
The name of the RM who lost my money is Ahmed.
