I’ve been trying for weeks to update my account name to Lyda Ven (birthdate: June 26, 1985) and withdraw my money. I’ve submitted all required ID documents multiple times.
Your system keeps asking for old information that doesn’t exist, and your support team has ignored my messages completely.
This delay is unacceptable. I demand immediate assistance to either:
Correct my account information, or
Process my withdrawal without further excuses.
If I do not get a clear reply within 48 hours, I will escalate this issue publicly through consumer protection channels and social media, and take further legal action if necessary.

I have had a really bad experience with Equiti where the system took automatic positions at night and wiped out my whole capital within hours. I lost all my money (USD 10,000) and I have been requesting for support. Nothing useful at all. I am shocked.

The first thing I check when I use any platform is the customer support.
And this company has the worst customer support system; the AI is not helping, and when you ask to talk to a live agent, you will wait for 45 minutes at least.
So, if I have any serious issue in the future while trading or when I want to withdraw, no one will answer me.
Stay away guys.

Paid 50 dollars to my Honduran wife after 2 months of training
My wife is Honduran and lives in Honduras. She’s been working and training with this company for months now. They offered her only $500 a month. But has kept making her switch jobs 3 times after completing the training all the jobs. The past few months after completing the training putting around 40 hours a week they’re only going to pay her 50 dollars. This is a disgusting organization that takes advantage of foreign workers.

Awful risk management by their agents
Equiti has got a good reputation but my experience was quite negative and I lost more than 60% of initial investment on their managed account. My money was invested on a single trade by their brokers, which was a significant amount. I invested on their managed account, hoping my money will be managed well, as my knowledge about trading is not great. However, I learnt all basic principles of trading (like investing on a single trade is a big NO) after losing a significant amount on this platform. Please beware and use this platform only if you have a good background knowledge or be ready to loose all your money.

Equiti is known for its easy sign-up process and instant MPesa deposits, making it attractive for Kenyan traders looking for quick access to Forex markets. However, my experience with the platform has been frustrating, especially when it comes to withdrawals and copy trading.
The Good
✅ Fast Sign-Up & MPesa Deposits – Getting started with Equiti is effortless, and depositing funds via MPesa is instant, which is a huge plus.
✅ Copy Trading Feature – Equiti allows users to copy trade from different providers, giving traders the chance to earn passively.
The Bad
❌ Poor Copy Trading Results – I initially chose FX4U.com, paying a $9 weekly management fee, but no trades were executed. I later switched to The Black Wolf of Wall Street, who also showed data of active trading, yet no trades were placed on my account. I deposited Ksh 13000 and now after no trade am loosing to 11528 and still i have to withdraw via binance which i will also loose money.
❌ Withdrawal Issues – The worst part of using Equiti is withdrawing funds. While depositing is instant via MPesa, withdrawals are complicated and slow. I opted for crypto withdrawals, only to receive an email stating that the request would take 1-3 working days for processing. This delay is unacceptable, especially when many brokers offer near-instant withdrawals.
Final Verdict
Equiti’s easy deposits and copy trading options are appealing, but withdrawal challenges and unreliable copy trading services make it a frustrating experience. If you’re looking for quick access to funds and reliable trade execution, you might want to explore other brokers.

UNNECESSARY WITHDRAWAL PROBLEMS
I have used this broker for two months now and at first everything was okay. I made a small profit of $6.74 from a deposit of $10.00 and my withdrawal request was approved without any problems. This month I have made a profit of $7.11 and my total balance is $17.11 which I am now unable to withdraw because according to them l can only withdraw $8.99 which is not true because I can only withdraw a minimum of $10.00. I tried withdrawing $8.99 now and l obviously got rejected which is funny because in December last year I lost about $6.00 from a initial deposit of $10.00 and l was able to withdraw the remaining $4.00 balance without any problem.
