The product was shipped the same day, arrived in two days. Support is reaponsive in answering ant questions prior to purchase. The stroller itself is great.

Ergobaby offers me a Metro 3 transport bag in exchange for this review. This stroller has everything I was looking for! Easy one-hand fold, large storage basket, tall seat back height, large canopy, and a smooth ride. I have used it for many walks and it handles uneven cobblestones pretty well. The shipping is fast and customer service is great! I am happy with my purchase!

I bought the Metro+ Deluxe and wanted the carry bag too, but it was out of stock. When it came back two days later, I ordered it separately — and lost the free shipping I would’ve had if Ergobaby managed their inventory properly.

I contacted customer service thinking they'd understand. Instead, I got lazy, copy-paste replies that clearly no one even read. No effort, no flexibility, no basic care. I escalated the issue and the supervisor responded just as poorly — like they were reading from the same script.

It’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced from any baby brand. Cold, careless, and completely uninterested in helping. The product is good, but I’ll never buy from Ergobaby again — they’ve shown they don’t give a damn about their customers.

Really happy with the speedy delivery and the quality of the product. First time mum and I love this so light weight as well and not bulky like some other carriers I’ve seen.

The product is well made and sturd Bith my babies love their chairs. Perfect for keeping the one with reflux upright after feeds for a while, with the good head support insert.

Received my ergo baby sling and changed my life! Previous well know brand sling was hurting my lower back as my baby got heavier. Since wearing the ego baby breeze I have no pain, it’s extremely comfortable and I’m able to go for long walks without any discomfort.

I got my Ergobaby metro+ stroller and was very satisfied when traveled with my 4 month son to Spain. This is very high quality stroller which can be easily folded, there is a big net to keep the heat out and the main thing for us was that there is an option to make the stroller into cradle for a baby. Support bar was ordered after one year. Incredible fast delivery. But would be nice to have it as a part of a stroller, not as an extra.

I have never had a bad experience with Ergobaby. I have contacted them about replacement parts on a previous pushchair and they were very responsive and just recently bought a new pushchair from them and it arrived quicker than the timescale given. Only improvement is that it would be good to have a tracking number so you know when your parcel is going to arrive.

We love our Ergobaby Omni Dream! It’s super easy to use and really comfortable to wear. The quality is fantastic — you can tell it’s built to last, with soft, durable fabric that feels great for both baby and parent. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for first-time parents, and the design makes it simple to adjust for a perfect fit. Best of all, our baby calms down and often falls asleep in it — total lifesaver on fussy days! Highly recommend.

I really like the item from Ergobaby. However, it was a bad mistake to order directly from them. The item was shopped on 8th April but we ended paying 3 times and got 3 items even we only wanted one.

The trouble was the check out process, we were desperate to complete the purchase but kept getting the error which we thought the transaction wouldnt went through. We contacted straight away to cancel the order but we got refused.

Bought a replacement buckle for our Omni 360 Breeze, cost a few pounds only and shipping was free! Great to see this company supporting repairs therefore reducing waste.
