Unfortunately my case is similar to many other here. I've bought 2 puzzles on the 5th of December 2022 and have not received them yet. I've got an email in February informing me that it was delivered, but it never was. I have informed them straght away and asked them to send me new ones, or a refund since then. They always reply to my emails, however it is always the asking me to be patient, sayung that their warehouse team is working on it.
I have also given them 4 months to get it sorted, but nothing happened so far.
I am really upset and extremelly disapointed, as the puzzles were sopposed to be my daughters Christmas gift, then her birthday present,...😔
I cannot recommend this company after this experience.

Placed my order on 12/22/22. My order was supposedly delivered on 1/12/23 to an address in Georgia... but I live in Michigan. After dozens of emails back and forth with promises to reship, they would never provide me with a new tracking number. Eventually I began requesting a refund as we're now in April, approximately 4 months later, but the company would not provide me with one or the tracking number for a replacement. Today I had to finally disputed the charges with my credit card company. I gave ericpuzzle.com so many opportunities to make it right but for some reason they just wouldn't. In summary, this company is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a puzzle in nov for a gift and I have yet to receive it. I really hope whoever got my money it gave them food poisoning. That’s the least I wish on you.

Order never came, made numerous attempts to contact them, received several replies telling me it's on the way....that was 3 months ago!! DO NOT BUY from this company, you are certain to lose your hard earned money!!

Unfortunately, I had to give that very low score. The idea of puzzles if brilliant and the add was very attractive, but... other than slow delivery was mentioned in every other post, the quality of printing was very bad. The picture is blurry and the colours are dark, the picture can hardly be seen. I like the idea of it so much and would be prepared to wait for delivery, but make it a worthwhile product!

I placed an order early December 2022. They sent my package to somewhere 1500 km away. Asking for a refund and now not getting any response. The company was quick to respond that the warehouse team was working on it though. The worse customer service I have ever received.

Well I had to see it to believe it! I actually received my refund on March 18. Was pleasantly surprised, however I would not recommend ordering from this company, too many issues. I originally ordered in mid December & order was sent to another province not even remotely close to where I live. After numerous emails & months I received refund. Although I appreciate getting my money back this experience makes me a bit more cautious from ordering online. Hopefully all who experienced issues will be reimbursed.

I would rate below one of I could. This company is a sham! Ordered three puzzles on December 9,2022. As of March 18, 2023 have not received puzzles nor the refund I have requested. Do not make any purchase from them. You will never receive and will not get your money back. They send very politely worded emails saying they understand and will do something but they have yet to do anything. Each email has a different persons name on it as the sender.

This company is a scam. Ordered several puzzles in early December (its 3+ months later now). After about a month I got a tracking number. The tracking they sent me was for someone else in California (I'm in Kansas). Repeated requests through their support email just tell me "they delivered it" or "we're investigating" and then I get ghosted. They won't respond to any of my requests now. My experience seems to be the same as many others.

Absolutely awful company. I wanted to get something for my mother for her birthday and they sent it out but ended up in wales. I live the other side of the uk. Multiple emails they told me to speak with royal mail but it was not royal mails fault they had the address incorrectly put on there. The company wouldnt own up to the fact they screwed up. Wouldnt give a refund and never responded to emails. Scam company dont trust it.

Is this even a company? Ordered Dec 2022, send many emails after due date arrived, being told replacement were sent, nothing still, asked for refund, would have received refund "voucher" within 5 - 7 days....one story after the other. STAY AWAY....scammers and fraudsters stealing your money!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered in December 2022 and to date still have not received either my puzzles or a refund. Apparantly they delivered to my office when it was closed for the Christmas break and the tracking reference they gave me (supposedly Royal Mail) does not work. Chased several time by email but still nothing. Never again. Rubbish

Complete scam.
After a month, contacted them, they wanted a lot of personal information (things they have no business asking for). after that, here are their responses:

BEWARE - utter scam.

I ordered 2 puzzles in December which never came. I emailed about a refund and they claimed it had been delivered. The tacking page is a dodgy fake page. They still haven't refunded.

I ordered 4 puzzles as stocking fillers for Christmas. The money to pay for them left my account on the 9th December. I still don't have these puzzles. I have contacted the company several times and sent them all relevant documentation via email. They are still telling me that their order department is trying to locate my order. Having read the other reviews I wish that I had read them before parting withy money. Absolute scam.

This company is a total fraud. I ordered a puzzle for Christmas and it was apparently delivered to Ontario, I am in Alberta. I don’t even think it was delivered at all. I can’t get a straight answer from their customer service!!

The company is a complete scam i ordered Christmas present off them which never showed up and when I email again they seemed to have forgotten about every other email I sent and tried to promise me I’ll get a puzzle as soon as they can they refuse to refund me and are a Fraud of a company

FRAUD!!! SCAM! Products never arrived, support email doesn't answer. I asked for a refund many times but anybody answered. Don't buy anything in this site!!!! IT IS A FRAUD!!!!

I would like to know why TrustPilot has deleted my review and other reviews I remember reading before I made my review? How many of these negative reviews have been deleted and why. My review was a legit negative review. Done to prevent others from getting scammed like I did.
