Terrible service, ordered 4 items in October 2022, they never arrived, email correspondence however said it was, I've been engaging with them since, to no avail, waste of money

Order placed on 5.12.2022 and still waiting for shipment! It’s not all, I send many emails to them and as an answer they are trying to get my BSN number from Netherlands explaining that they need it for the shipment (I am not allowed to give this number to anyone? And for sure not to freaking fake company, after reading all reviews). They asked for it now. It’s 25.01.2023. I want to get my money back for this fraud!

I ordered two puzzles on December 4. The tracking info said they were delivered on Dec 30th to Rangiora in the South Island. I am in Auckland in the North Island. I have emailed many times . The tracking code doesn’t correspond with NZ Post who they says it was with. I asked for refund or replacement as is now January 22. No response . Said they are still investigating . Looks like they give fake tracking information . Very disappointed. Buyer beware of this company

12 Feb 2023. The company keeps assuring me that they will send me a replacement . I keep asking for the tracking number and all I get is that they are still getting the order ready ( 2 months later ) DONT BUY FROM THEM
13 Mar 2023. I gave up on receiving the puzzle - ( they kept advising that they would send me new tracking info soon. They did not. I asked for a refund on the 27 Feb. They said they would request one for me. Two weeks later and nothing.
23rd March 2023 I received a full refund. So while it was a hassle and I didnt get the puzzles at least I got my money back

They sent the wrong item and when I asked them to send me the right one they just offered me a coupon which doesn't cover the cost of the puzzle. I made them aware of the the consume rights act of 2015 and they just offered the coupon again. They are not honest sellers and are incredibly dodgy in their emails. I would definitely never buy again from them and wouldn't recommend them either.

Hey, I thought maybe it was a scam too but I had ordered 8 puzzles and even though they were about two weeks late, they all arrived. The quality of the puzzle pieces & the pictures were actually very good and fit perfect, I found the wood its made of much better than cardboard, it'll last much longer. I'm actually very happy with the puzzles I got! Only one thing I complained a bit about was the size of them, is the only thing that was not quite as advertised. I expected them to be to be bigger. I just finished putting together my second puzzle! That monster Octopus one was frigging hard! 🤯 🙂 I ordered 3 small & 5 medium puzzles, they were pretty small though because there's only about a 20 piece difference between small & , medium. But they are very challenging! I actually ordered 7 more, because them first ones I got were actually Christmas presents for my sister and her kids. This time I ordered Large puzzles which have approximately twice the pieces so they should be the size I was expecting the medium ones to be 😆😂. All in all I have to give them, 4 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👌 they are very hard puzzles so I really can't complain about it more than that, I got my money's worth.

I accidentally ordered the same item twice. The confirmation went to my junk email. I attempted to cancel the order 20 minutes after making it on Dec 17. I was told the shipping process had begin. It did not ship until 12/26! I disputed with my credit card and won. The order was shipped, but to another address in another city/state! The first and original order (which I still wanted) shipped later and never arrived to me, although their website indicates that it was delivered. I am now disputing that one too! This company is a scam.

A lot of the reviews on here are alleging that this is a scam - I thought so too. However even though I ordered my jigsaw in early December and have still not received it, I am now inclined to think that this is a reputable company with a good product which has been let down by the company they have used to deliver orders. According to the two courier web sites involved my package was delivered on Jan 10 but it didn't come to me or the local post office as Ericpuzzle first suggested. The courier tracking sites list the package as having reached Barcelona and then three minutes later there is an entry saying it has been delivered - I live in Alicante hundreds of miles away, so that claim by the courier company does not make sense. The courier company tracking site does not say where it was meant to have been delivered to. Ericpuzzle customer help have actually been in touch with me and are trying to get an answer from the courier. I am waiting for them to come back.

SCAM!!! Ordered on Dec. 6, tracking says it was delivered on Dec. 19 - except it was delivered to Quebec and the delivery address is in Ontario and no one from support will return my emails.

I agree with the reviews about Eric Puzzle. I had ordered 2 puzzles on 12/10/22. My order still had not changes status and shows "awaiting shipment" it is now 1/6/23 and I have not received any updates on my puzzles. I do not recommend this company.

wrong tracking nr.
Ordered Dec. 4 got a tracking nr for another address than mine .
Contacted Ericpuzzel January 3, and are now waiting for answers for the right tracking or my money back.

my order is marked as delivered but is not. It never arrived.
i wrote to the support multiple times but the refound was not possible...
all traking systems on the web marked my order as delivered 2 weeks ago. The support says "is all ok"

Placed an order on December 16, So far, status (awaiting shipment) has not changed. I wrote to support service many times, but the answer is the same from different people. They let you know. The purchase information was also sent multiple times.

A scam! Ordered two puzzles and my package tracked to getting delivered to an address in Colorado... I'm in Wisconsin. Kind of hard to make such a huge logistical error like that unless it's deliberate.
Stay away from this "company".

After the initial purchase I read the bad reviews and felt remorseful of buying 6...
I ordered these mid December and received this January 3rd. I didn't mind waiting. I knew that RM was on strike over the festive period. I like that they come in velvet bags rather than plastic bags and boxes. There is a small picture of the puzzle attached to the bag. I like that the pieces are no regular puzzle pieces and some are shaped like objects.
Pieces are sturdy and precise. I ordered the medium size puzzles and they are approximately 7.5 inches in diameter. (Koi jin-jang).
One star less because I feel the puzzle is too small for the price paid...

On dec11 I placed the order.
After a extremely slow and with a bad communication process, on jan16 the status is "out for delivery".
On jan24 I did not receive it yet whilst they say I did. I lost my money.

Expect nothing but lost money

Ericpuzzle’s attractive mini-vid/ad popped up online as we were leaving U.K. towards Christmas; I took a punt on 3 puzzles to be delivered there at least by the end of December, & they arrived on New Year’s Eve.
Meanwhile I had been experiencing some initial ‘punter’s remorse’ after reading several adverse reviews that suggested the co. &/or its products might not be all they were cracked up to be.
The plush purple drawstring bags obvs aren’t the same as the advertised boxes, but do their job OK & are probly less susceptible to damage/distortion in (?) international transit.
I tackled the Octopus first & completed it, if not by midnight NZ time, at least by lunchtime next day (=break of NewYr in London).
Initially I was disappointed at the small ‘key’ graphic on the card on the neck of the bag (? 2”dia. for a 1-ft finished puzzle, so about 1:6 linear scale & hence too poky for detailed guidance on a busy design).
The smell of the material/s (wood? cutting process? inks?) at necessarily close quarters was also somewhat offputting, though this seems to fade with time once it’s spread out rather than confined in its packaging.
The cutting of the pieces is very precise, and a great deal more varied in shape than the usual ‘vanilla’ 4-sided not-quite-tessellations of mainstream producers at home in Europe. Whether or not a given piece fits or links is still equally clear (usually) … but the whole ‘grammar’ of the puzzle feels quite different & takes some getting used to ~ not least, achieving the complete circular border to begin with; plus, of course, one might be doing a pic of an octopus (with incidental fish, shells, seaweed &c) but many of the pieces are shaped like something completely different (bear, cat, scorpion, anchor, whatever) which adds to the charm.
In all, an interesting product at something of a diagonal from the mainstream, worth obtaining & having a go at … but in terms of ‘time per finished area’ it’s quite challenging work ~ and as such, a worthwhile change for once. This puzzle took me probably about 5hrs for what I’d guess to be about 500 generally small but intriguingly unique pieces.
Whether we’ll now leave all/any of the 3 puzzles here, or take them home as gifts for others, remains to be seen … upper-primary age grandchildren seemed passingly interested, but wary of the puzzle as a whole seeming overly ‘niche’ &/or fiddly. (Or mebbe praps they were just too preoccupied with more immediate New Yr excitements?)

If I could give a zero score I would. This is definitely a scam, I bought 2 items. Money taken from account, fake tracking number. Ordered on 4th Dec, sent several emails regarding order and support has been terrible. When I click on track I can't find out who the courier is ad where the items are. Then one day I checked and it stated the items had been delivered and posted through letterbox. There was no package delivered and what I purchased couldn't be posted through a letterbox. Contacted company again to explain, received a reply but not suitable. I've contacted them 4 times since demanding my money back and all I get is we are investigating, but no further updates. I've obviously been scammed, please avoid like the plague. Keep your money

Yes this shop is scam.
They take your money and give you back nothing but the fake tracking number.
