The staff from Erie from presentation to final walk through after roof was completed was very professional. They answered all our questions. And they promptly responded to all texts and phone calls. They completed our roof in one day,as promised. The quote for roof included repair of any damage they found without extra cost. The warranty for 30 years was very comforting. The product was excellent especially the water barrier. The product was directly from Erie. They provided all information we needed for our Home owners insurance.

Erie Home was very professional throughout the process. My roof looks great and now I don’t ever have to worry about it again.

I made the apt and the guy came next day. Financing was difficult at first but they gave us great military rate and got us financing. They stripped the roor, replaced beams, and gor everything done in a day and a half. My roof is absolutely beautiful now and my AC is colder than ever. I can already tell huge difference with temperature in my house. 50 year warranty and 100 year lifespan means my kids wont have to replace in their lifetime that peace of mind is hard to beat! I'm so pleased with my cute little house.

Had our roof done by Erie. The price was a little higher, however they use higher quality materials that I feel justified the cost. The job was done in one full day with the removal of the old shingles, the replacement of a few of the decking panels, two lengths of a heavier ice and water shield, new heavy duty rubber boots around the vents, new flashing and drip edge. After it was finished, they picked up everything and ran all around the house with a magnet to ensure there were no loose nails that were missed.

The people representing Erie Home starting with Tyler, Danny and Noah were so professional and polite that they made the experience feel like family was taking care of us. We are very pleased with a job well done!

Everyone from Erie Homes was friendly and professional. The salesman explained everything and answered all my questions. The crew that installed my roof were exceptional! Polite, friendly and fast. The entire roof was done in one day and their clean up was beyond what I expected. They picked up every single nail and even picked up the old shingles in the yard that blew off during the winter. Definitely would recommend them.

I was pleased with Erie Home. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite. They replaced my roof quickly and did a great job. They also cleaned everything up. The roof looks great.

Getting a new roof is a major investment. I did not want to do it on the cheap nor be taken advantage of. I made a great decision selecting Erie Home. From my initial meeting with a customer representative to the crew leader the day of the replacement all my questions and concerns were respectfully address. I was super concerned about the ice dams. It was noticed that the roof vent was too small, and that was made it larger. (I will be updating insulation next.) I feel confident this annual issue will be resolved. I was impressed by the amount of flashing around the chimney. In the past there were leaks - hopefully that was addressed,too. Also, I wanted the roof replaced on a weekend so I could be there the entire time and it was. Finally, the guarantee -- I believe it is the best around!

They told us that it would take 1 day and they kept their word. Crew worked hard. Everyone was friendly. They arrived bright and early and worked late.

After declining them an opportunity to do business with me, they set up robo-calling me from 5! different numbers, (at this time) 7 days, over 20 times!!

A roof is a major expense and in this case extremely expensive through Erie , but I honestly believe in the long run it's money well invested.. they did exactly to the letter what they promised to do and in our case in 14 hours a complete rip down , replaced I believe 17 sheets of plywood new stove vent , flashings etc and the next morning you had zero clue they were there .. I now will have zero regrets 10 years from now saying I should of spent the extra money

Erie provided a very rapid and outstanding service. Their workmen arrived at dawn and had the old roof removed before noon. They then began installing the needed sub roof, shingles and other repairs and were completed by 5 PM. All the effort was expertly conducted and cleanup was thorough.

They were flexible with the installation time, and finished on time.
They also did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed.

Highly recommending the Erie Home roof, excellent product from sales to install, ask for Adam and Sarah in San Antonio and you won’t be disappointed!

Timely roof install after contract. Great job; clean up was done to perfection. Materials used were better than the average cheap install. I am confident that this roof will last 30+ years.
