First Timer

I was searching for a durable, waterproof backpack and Erozul popped up. I was impressed with the layout of facts of your products. I read the reviews and was satisfied to purchase a black backpack. My item arrived earlier than expected. I am impressed with the quality and functionality. Thanks for the extra goodies inside. I am considering the sling for a friend.

Great and easy purchase

Great buying experience, my lock bag was received on time and in great condition. I wish I had more use for items you sell! Thank you for making it easy and inexpensive to replace my previous secure bag which someone walked off unfortunately.

Customer service is basically…

Customer service is basically unreachable the order claims there are bonus gifts and there were none. I’ve inquired numerous times and I get no response. Truly unacceptable even if their products are good no customer service means they suck.
