Lightsaber broke after day one, none of the tools sent with it fit so had to buy new tools, customer service was shocking - tried emailing them twice and never got a response. Lightsaber still broken with no way of fixing it even with the right tools

Ordered a printed DL-44 blaster. Arrived 4 weeks after order. Fine, it was a May 4th order so assumed they were busy. Print quality was very good, barring some areas I could not remove the print raft from and the main issue, I was sent 2 right side handle grip pieces innstead of a left and right. I emailed 30 May, got no response. Messaged on FB 4 June, got a reply same day saying they would "chase it up", still nothing a week later.

Got a email response today 10 June, 10 days after initial contact, to say replacement is "under production" and will be sent asap.

I understand its small team, but it doesn't take much to responded to an email or Facebook message, especially when a mistake has been made. Small businesses are made or broken by customer experience.

Amazing service and had such fun building my lightsaber. I'm still going through the settings, I love the variety!

I am so thankfull for them to have my countries currentcy on the website saving me time from calculations

Ordered a single item from them and decided I no longer wanted to keep it, I requested to return it unused and was informed I couldn't get a refund. No explanation as to why, no confirmation where this was explained in the terms and conditions of purchase and now ignoring my emails. I had never heard of the company before this and always a bit dubious of new merchants, clearly can't be trusted and will be raising this with my bank as fraudulent given there are no T&C's explaining why this item can't be returned. It's a rubber mat, not a pair of used knickers.

I ordered the Obi-Wan Kenobi combat saber on 7.3...first i had doubts after 4 weeks passed and started writing emails what is happening...got reply on just waiting on the tracking number update after another week i write again and got answer for delay in delivery and after that mail 3 days pass and i finnaly get a tracking number from DHL that is being shipped from CHINA Damiensabers...it came really fast to my country on customs and after processing i finnaly got myself my very first lightsaber and i must say after a long wait and terrible delivery its is worth the money, the quality is amazing...the sounds the feel in my hands is just woooow...basicly everythink a hardcore Star Wars fan always wanted...and i got it right in time cause of a geek convention so i can also cosplay as Obi-Wan for the very first time...iam very happy at the end... keep up the awesome work and...May the force be with you all!

Sent back items for a refund by tracked postage. I even sent the items back in better packaging than I received it to be sure there'd be no transport damage. Confirmed delivered over a month ago. Customer service is practically non existent, no response until I followed up 3 weeks later, all they said was they'd "chase it up", that was 2 weeks ago now and still no response.

Starting to think this is a scam and what my next steps are to get my money back.

How can it be that when I have bought 2 sabers from you, they are shipped from a company called damiensaber in China which has much cheaper prices than you have for the same things?

My son ordered a standard saber 5 weeks ago without any customizations. After the first and second week, automated messages about delays. In the third week, we asked what was going on with the order.

We were told that the tracking number for the package was being investigated and it should arrive soon. Sounded like automated message ones again.

Well the tranking number did not arrive and they didn’t answer the question about the order itself.

Now we have sent a cancellation of the order and a request for a refund. No response…who would have guessed. Calls to the company: no answer and goes to voicemail.

UPDATE:
Well, the sword finally arrived (24.4.2025) but with the wrong blade (wrong size).

We contacted the support by email and actually got a response that they would send a new blade.

When the new blade finally arrived the blade was correct size, but wrong model (order: baselit, delivered: neopixel).

We contacted the support ones more and now finaly got the response (2.6.2025) that they will ones more send a new blade.

Now, waiting the order to arrive.

Completely disappointed!!
I placed an order that had all the items IN STOCK with no personalization, so I wouldn't have to wait more than a couple of weeks for shipping (considering the "testing period").

A month passed, but no shipping. Just a quick reply to my initial e-mail where I asked why things take so long. They said they'll "chase this up" for me...
Once a whole month had passed, I asked for a refund... but after almost a week, I got no reply.

Do I have to write you here to solve my issues? Why do you even have a customer support in the first place?

Purchase the grand staff light saber. It is exactly as described and what I imagined. The fact you can remove sections from the handle makes it easy to alter if you need a shorter set up.The only warning is that I chose the medium blade and when all the sections are fitted it almost touches the ceiling.

Light saver came earlier than stated would definitely recommend getting the hilt wrap amazing product all round

After browsing the large selection of parts I settled on buying a new handle for my lightsaber build and was not disappointed with the quality.
My order was dispatched promptly.
It arrived well wrapped and packaged and exactly as pictured on their website.

Now I know the quality of the parts,
I will be ordering from them again soon to get the rest of the parts I need for my lightsaber build.

Well my saber has just arrived after a 3 week wait and what can I say?

Well firstly, the Saber arrived well packaged and in perfect condition with no bumps, rips or tears on the packaging. It was sealed well and nothing was missing.

Opened the box and it was like being transported back to my 7 year old self seeing Star Wars for the very first time! Firstly the saber is absolutely stunning. I decided to build my own as just like in the lore I think a saber should be personal to it's weilder :)

The saber is fully constructed in an aluminum alloy and has a nice weight and feel to it. I went with a chrome and gold finish to give my saber the feel of the High Jedi era and all the colours match. There is absolutely no colour difference between any of the gold pieces as sometimes occurs when you build one by choosing the parts individually and they all blend together seemlessly.

The saber is supplied with plenty of screws to attach the blade with enough spares should you lose any and also included 2 allen keys and a cute Grogu sticker as well as a couple of leaflets.

The blade fits snugly in the emitter and is extremely bright and the sound from the speaker is crisp and loud.

The biggest suprise for me though came when I unscrewed the handle from the emitter to check out the core and I got a really pleasant surprise and one which really sets ES Sabers apart. The Proffie core chassis was not the usual grey / black ones you see in most sabers but had actually been finished in metallic gold! I don't know if they had done this because I'd gone with with a gold themed saber or if it was just a lucky coincidence but boy has it finished off the whole saber perfectly!

ES Sabers themselves have been extremely professional in my dealings with them during the entire process and even provided me with the file contents of the SD card in advance so that I could start planning my own customised blade styles and fonts.

Overall I can't rate either the Saber or ES Sabers themselves highly enough! I've got other purchases planned and will be using them for these and any other saber requirements I may need. (thinking of getting an etched shroud for example as etching is one of the things they do)

If you're looking for a high quality saber from a company who you can trust to deliver you need not look any further than here!

High Quality Product. All 12 color options and 4 sound fonts are great. Though a bit expensive and the wait was long, I still recommend this and will shop here again.

Amazing shipping. Perfect product. Bit upset that I did not realise a battery is not included with the emitter.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a cal kestis lightsaber that can go from double bladed to duel wield and they delivered! I can’t wait

Absolutely delighted with both the lightsaber and the excellent customer service. This was a lightsaber that we purchased as a 30th birthday present. Having researched all of the lightsaber companies we decided to opt for an Aetan Combat Saber Proffie 92cm from ES Sabers due to the company's good reputation and their quality standards. The profiles on the lightsaber are so customisable and the hilt feels excellent in the hand. I really cannot recommend ES Sabers enough. Thank you!

I got a build your own light saber, I opted for the RGB and it's awesome! Getting used to the control is a learning experience but once you get the hang it's second nature. Great sound and lights I'm already planning to get another.
