I just got the premium box, very disappointed with it, hilt ain’t that bad apart from the button cover just slides off and sharp edges around the control box, the core is dreadful. The sound quality is horrendous and to top it off it’s a base lit which in my opinion is for children, I would’ve rather it be Neo pixel and them just not send the blade if they just wanted to save money, they must only want you to try it once because never again will I waste my money on a mystery box. Your selling the hilts at more than double the price of AliExpress, for the exact same item, and then pretending that it’s some sort of deal.

I purchased 2 sabers from ES and had a specific requirement for them.
Sophie and the team did me proud and they got the order to me in record time.
They look great and will be well used.

Commication was fast and accurate and informative and very helpful, from the start to finish only took 2 days

I have placed two orders recently. Both times I've received good service and great quality items at excellent prices. Shipping charges are also some of the most reasonable I've come across. An all round positive experience.

I bought a lightsaber for my 7 year old son. It really is excellent, lots of thought gone into the sound and visual experience as well, and the build quality is very good. Hard recommend.

Absolutely amazing service I went to the stand at comic con and got a nice discount and the people working there were very helpful I even had a guy that works there help me customize my blade along with my girlfriend and the result was amazing.

Although i don't have recieved my product yet i find this shop very interesting as it is one of the only shops in europe that still sells the saber i was looking for for a Long time. Hope i recieve my sword soon.

I have used this company several times over the past few months for lightsaber parts and they have never disappointed. From accessories and cores, tools to blades the quality of each shipment has been extraordinary. Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Can not fault these guys at all.

Great saber but the pomell dont fit with the belt thingy i orderd so i have no use for it

This was my first order from ES Sabers and I'm really happy with my purchase. It was pretty delayed as they say in the order confirmation email that orders are normally dispatched at the 2 week point, but at two weeks I received an automated email to say there were delays. I followed up at the 3 week point and was told it'd be dispatched the following week but it wasn't, so I queried it again at 4 weeks. The customer service was always polite and very quick to respond, which was appreciated.

The saber was shipped with a trustworthy shipping company and was well packaged. It came with all the extra bits I had ordered, and a little instruction leaflet.

Personally I found the videos on the ES Sabers website easier to follow than the instruction leaflet, so if you order, make sure you check them out when trying to figure out the different settings for your saber.

The saber is great quality, (even though it's only one of the cheaper ones) - I absolutely love it. The noise / motion sensitivity is really good and I love all the different colour choices. It's also a decent weight when holding it.

I really don't *need* a second saber but I'm so happy with this one I'm already looking at more!

Only rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of the delay with the order - maybe if the order confirmation email / website was updated to say it can take 4 weeks instead of 2 just to set expectations - otherwise it'd definitely be a 5 star service!

Great small business making quality products at a range of price points

Great entry level saber for kids, with high functionality and importantly great durability at a very reasonable price. No longer worried about kids breaking the sabers, more worried about what they'll break while swinging them around 🤣🤣

This is the tenth saber our family have purchased from ES-Sabers this year. All arrive in excellent full working condition. Packaged well and secure in top condition. We are notified in advance of arrived and day of arrival. Rescheduling prior deliveries were easy but this one arrived on a day we were home.

I initially reached out to ES Sabers on the 26th of August, sending over a picture of a lightsaber I wanted to commission. At first there was about a week and a half between emails back, with the automated message that came through each time I sent one saying that sending any follow up emails would slow down their “typical fast response times”. I eventually ended up reaching out on their website by around the two week mark of no response, and got a reply on there a day later that just said “we will be in contact”. So I waited after that too. When sending yet another follow up email, I was told I had to wait for the saber artist to get back to the person I was emailing. Today, September 27th, I was finally told that they’re unable to accept as the artist is “unable to complete this in a reasonable time frame”. I’d said near the start that it was intended as a Christmas gift. This means there were four months between me reaching out and when I needed the saber by, and it took over a month - a quarter of that time - for me to only be told that they didn’t have time for that. The work on their website looks good and I do hope this isn’t the experience for most people, but I wouldn’t recommend using these people if you want a project completed within 4 months and active communication.

For me the delivery was 29 day but is was a busy month so I gave 4 🌟 THE LIGHTSABER IS THE BEST IT HAS HUNDREDS OF OPTIONS AND SO MANY COLOURS IT IS SOOOOO WORTH THE WAIT THE PERSON OR PEOPLE HO MADE THIS 10 OUT OF 10 SO GOOD THANKS SO MUCH IT IS WORTH THE MONEY THANKS YOU
