No es bueno saber que el mando recibido junto a la consola, tiene un problema con una de las palancas, es por ello que debo recordarte que cuentas con una garantía.
En este caso puedes acudir directamente a la tienda donde recogiste la consola para que los compañeros puedan revisar el mando y se pueda evaluar una reparación o reemplazo, esto acorde con tu garantía.
Para poder solicitar una revisión en una tienda CeX solo es necesario tener le número de orden/pedido de compra y los compañeros te ayudarán con lo restante para una solución de la situación.

Received a Blue-ray instead of DVD that was ordered. Also one of the DVD's didn't work. No response from their support either. First order and definitely the last order.
Update: Even after the response below here I have heard nothing back from them. Staying at 1 star. Very poor.

En este caso note que el reporte tiene algunas horas de ser actualizado con la información que comentas en tu mensaje, por lo que te recomiendo esperar a que el compañero Zeus pueda realizar su trabajo ya que las respuestas no son inmediatas y requieren de investigación por parte del agente.

Order No. 1647546 España. Made on 8 Sept. 2025. It's been a disaster from start to finish. We ordered a 32GB memory card for €30. First, their GLS courier didn't deliver it to our home as requested. Instead, they left the package in an unknown location. Two weeks later, the package appeared at a collection point, and yesterday when we opened it, it wasn't the 32GB card, but a 16GB card—in other words, not what we ordered! We reported this to CEX, but they haven't done ANYTHING to resolve the situation. They're hiding. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CEX.
I bought a memory card and paid for home delivery, but today it was delivered to a different address without explanation!
We were at home waiting for the delivery; it's just a small memory card. But they didn't even knock.
The courier, GLS, is a disaster and a bunch of crooks. We've had many problems with them in the past; they're truly awful.
GLS went to a store they regularly use, very far from our house, and left the card there. They even had the nerve to email us saying we could pick it up there! We paid for home delivery, and they didn't provide the service!
I have a broken knee and can't walk.
I've contacted CEX four times, and they're ignoring us.
My recommendation is not to buy from CEX; they're shameless. They couldn't care less about what happens to their customers; all they care about is getting paid.
We asked for their lawyers' contact information to start legal proceedings, but they haven't given us anything. Their delivery problems with that garbage company, "GLS," are obvious, but we're not interested.
They've kept our money, and our order has been abandoned somewhere.
What terrible service!
I gave them all the information they requested on multiple occasions. They have repeatedly sent copy-and-paste emails and completely ignored my requests. They are complete liars. They have made no attempt whatsoever to fix the situation. CEX are thieves.

I have handed everything over to a legal team.
They have done nothing at all, we just go around in circles, Spain does nothing, UK tells me to go to the Spanish. Total waste of time. Everyone as CEX hides behind their PCs and websites. The UK used to take pride in their service, but not any more, they get more Spanish every day. SHAME ON YOU CEX!

YO QUIERO QUE ME MANDEN EL PEDIDO ORIGINAL QUE ES UNA TARJETA DE MEMORIA 32GB DDR4 3200GHZ "Y" TAMBIÉN LA OTRO MITAD DE LA TARJETA BLANCA DEL KIT (DE 32GB) QUE ERA UNA TARJETA DE 16GB DDR4 3200MHZ Y YO PAGARÉ LA DIFERENCIA. ESO ES LO QUE PEDÍ DESDE EL PRINCIPIO. LA SITUACIÓN ESTÁ EN TUS MANOS CEX!!!

The delivery took over a week inside Spain. Not acceptable I don’t even know how they manage to do this. They sent a shipping confirmation usually the same day of the order or one day later.. But it takes always at least 3 days Till the Tracking works.
