Colors don't work for me and you won't…
Colors don't work for me and you won't allow me to mix two different shades. I tried dark blonde and ash brown. Poor coverage on grays. If I go any darker without mixing it will be too dark. I also don't want to pay for a brush and gloves every 3 weeks when they are reusable. Customer Service was great, thank you. But it's not for me.

Injured but hair looks great with Esalon!
Sitting down for hours at the selon was and is still impossible since severe back issues. Finding Esalon is a game changer since I can do my own hair and it looks and feels great. In the futur, I may go to the salon for highlights once a year and my roots will be covered by Esalon and myself! The price is amazing, and the biggest bonus is the costumization of the color if needed. Thank you !

I love it. If I could change anything it would be reducing the bronze tones, but I naturally have kind of dark golden brown hair so I can see why it’s being stubborn.

It came in quick
It came in quick! It was easy to use and loved how it comes with everything you need. So far this colour is lasting much longer than the first one I have tried, so the colour specialist did a great job this time. One star missing because I think it should come with three pair of gloves… roots, base, and in the shower doing the extra step they say to do.

I was a hairdresser for over 20years and I thought I would give this a try as I am no longer hairdressing. It is very hard to find a colorist who is good with red heads!

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! My parcel was lost and the company replied back to me within 24 hours and they replaced the order no questions asked. I received my replacement order right away. The hair color is packaged beautifully and the color matches perfectly! The hair color is a great quality and I receive compliments often on my hair.
