My husband and I were unsure of where to go and our travel agent Shelley Elkas helped us with a few options. She was excellent and we decided on the Royalton Antigua!
The Royalton Antigua is a fantastic resort with excellent food and the beach/pool area is picture perfect!
We will definitely recommend this resort.

We recently booked a vacation with escapes.ca and had great service from all the communication, emails and details that gave us piece of mind to have a fun getaway in the sun for a couple weeks.

I first contacted Kelsea a few months ago to help me plan my honeymoon for September 2025. I am not one who enjoys the planning aspect of a trip. Kelsea is attentive, kind, and super knowledgeable about many different countries. I recommend Kelsea and her services to anyone looking to go on a trip!

Honestly, if you need assistance on booking anything from 2-20+ people, Kelsea is my go to and here’s why:

1) Communication - She is always readily available and her responses are quick.
2) Agile - If there is a change in budget or an addition of another individual she finds solutions to fit what we’re looking for.
3) Knowledge - She knows her stuff. From a calm peaceful trip to a bachelorette that is still being talked about. She asks the right questions and does not disappoint.
4) Honest - She will let you know what price points look like in the market and what they currently have to offer. She doesn’t sugar coat, and tells you what fees may arise, which other site are terrible at disclosing.

She was a referral from a few friends and it makes sense as to why. Honestly wouldn’t book an all-inclusive without her.

I have booked through Kelsea PANGILINAN several times throughout the years and she was so patient with many changes I made, she was thorough with all explanations and she made sure all my needs were met and understood. I recently did a big semi solo trip to Europe and I had so much anxiety, she supported me all the way through. I would definitely choose Escapes.ca with Kelsea again in the future. We have now booked 3 trips with Escapes and recommend to everyone we talk to who is looking to book a trip. Our most recent trip in October was booked with the help of Chelsea at Escapes and cannot say enough good things about her customer service and how helpful she was. Emails always answered quickly and all questions always answered. We will definitely be continuing to use Chelsea and Escapes for future trips. 5 stars!

For our trip, we chose to do the cruise of the Greece islands on Royal Caribbean. The booking was handled with ease and professionalism, and the agent made sure that we had everything that we wanted and needed to fully enjoy our vacation. We also chose to fly business class, as I wanted to be comfortable, there were absolutely No issues with our flight it was seamless. The agent took care of everything and made sure we were aware when payments were due and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was absolutely amazing.
I would recommend this agency to anyone and the agent that we dealt with was Michelle. I hope this helps anyone looking for advice on who to book with and if you choose them you will not be disappointed.
I also recommend anyone who is looking for an absolutely amazing trip to look at going on the grease island tour through Royal Caribbean. Highly recommend one of the best trips I’ve been on yet

I was looking to book a cruise vacation and was really confused with the options and destinations as it was my first time on a cruise. I was helped by Melanie from Escape.ca and she guided me through all the available options - each cruise’s pros and cons and got me a really good deal. The experience on the cruise was also better since I was aware what to expect and could travel worry free all because of Melanie - she even got in touch with Air Canada to confirm the strike status for me. I would definitely book my future vacations through Escapes.ca

Chelsea was phenomenal with helping my family and I through the booking process of our trip to Mexico! She gave us all the details in a clear manner and the trip went smoothly! We enjoyed going to Mexico for the first time and our resort experience was great too! Great food, music and activities too!

I knew I wanted a vacation in the sun, but didn't know where to go. I tried other online travel booking services but was unable to find a travel agent to give me the personalized help that I needed.

She helped me every step of the way to book my trip to Paradisus in Los Cabos and made sure I got there safe and sound. I had an AMAZING trip where I relaxed in the sun at the resort and then did some adrenaline-filled activities including ATVing, ziplining and my first bungee jump! Just what I wanted.

I recently booked a vacation through escapes.ca and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and expertise, which made planning my trip so much easier.

Most unsatisfying experience! Planning a destination weeding with Allison Tatham, 3 weeks into the process all we head is nothing. Every time we contacted Alison she was waiting for reply’s from Sunwing or resort. Last communication with her we got no replay or follow up for a week. Reached out to sunwing directly and got reply with in min. Same day reached out to the resort in Mexico and got a reply first thing in the morning. She took a $200

I’ve used escapes 5 times to book holidays.
I’ve never had an issue receiving documents/ tickets or paperwork.
