It was my first time dealing with this company and was little skeptical in the beginning as everything was online or over the phone. We arrived at Edmonton Airport for our trip to Mexico, only to be told our flight was canceled due to fog. As I was standing in line to find out what our options were, I called Suzan at Escape she had fully refunded our trip and had a email sent to us while we were still in line at Airport waiting for a Air Canada agent. The customer service we received definitely exceeded our expectations. Thanks for taking care of us!!

Destination Wedding Agent Debbie Hughes at Escapes.ca
My son and fiance booked their destination wedding through Escapes.ca at Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia for May 2019. Debbie was absolutely fabulous to deal with. As both my son and his fiance work odd hours it often fell to me to deal with any issues that came up. When we had problems with the Sandals Wedding Planners (who were off-site and in Jamaica) Debbie stepped in and smoothed away all of our concerns. The wedding planners on-site at Sandals St. Lucia were very helpful once we arrived and finalized all of the details. Debbie arranged pricing for the group from Vancouver and Kelowna via Toronto on to St.Lucia. Because of Debbie's attention to detail we had a flawless destination wedding! Super Agent Stacey Lazarenko....... Thank you for planning our vacation.
We have tried working with multiple agents and it seemed like nobody was actually listening to our travel request or worse yet, they would keep suggesting the same generic hotel. A friend of ours recommended a travel agent by the name of Stacey Lazarenko, this woman is brilliant! Not only did she listen to us but, she went above and beyond to find us an unbeatable deal on a location that surpassed our expectations. Stacey has vast experience and knowledge and she personally toured nearly all the properties she suggested. Thank you for caring so much Stacey. I used Escapes.ca for the very first time to book a vacation in Varadero Cuba. I would definitely say that I am very pleased with the service I received, and it was nothing short of excellent and awesome. I have recommended this website for several of my friends for their next vacations already. A real online reservations associate was assigned to me with a direct line access to answer my questions. All my questions were answered very quickly with a lot of details. I am very happy with the escapes.ca and I will certainly be booking my next vacations with them and will definitely recommend them to everyone or anyone.
