Easy and good costumer service

Very easy to install and to use. It works well. When I had a problem with my connection after it had worked perfectly fine, I send them a message and after following some steps by chat, they could manage to fix my problem. Super nice to have such a fast and friendly costumer service.

Its easy to install and my question was answered quickly. My internet atopped working twice but overall it worked really well. Esim is really useful.

The team went above and beyond

I had issues connecting to a network in a remote part of Mexico, north of San Jose Del Cabo, but the team Holafly team went above and beyond to provide 2 other esims for me, which finally did work.

I am most grateful for their efforts in rectifying my issue.

They took the time to go through all settings concerns and most importantly, they responded very quickly at each message.
