Easy to install. Connection was reliable throughout my trip.

I had issues connecting to a network in a remote part of Mexico, north of San Jose Del Cabo, but the team Holafly team went above and beyond to provide 2 other esims for me, which finally did work.

I am most grateful for their efforts in rectifying my issue.

They took the time to go through all settings concerns and most importantly, they responded very quickly at each message.

Kadiri was able to solve my issue quickly and resolved my issue completely. She was able to provide a new eSIM after I had accidentally installed 2 eSIMs on my phone when I meant to install one on my phone and one on my son’s phone. Emma also tried very hard to help at the beginning and when the issue did not resolve, she brought Kadiri in to help. The issue was resolved very satisfactorily. Great customer service!

I purchased a 35-day unlimited data eSIM for my China and Hong Kong trip which started on June 23rd this year. However, today I had to issue a refund request. The internet connection is unusably slow, taking an average of 20–40 seconds just to do something simple like a Google search. To try and fix this, I contacted their support chat in-app, and they gave me a list of instructions which I followed. They told me to manually select a network, which worked just a tiny bit better for a second, but still remained unusably slow. Sadly enough, this little improvement did not last long. Throughout the day, I got fully disconnected multiple times. I had to manually go in and select a different network each time, and often it just did not want to connect at all, leaving me completely off the internet. I did not pay €73.90 for an unusably slow digital product that provides zero reliable connectivity. I have taken screenshots of the network failures, the network speed, and the error messages as proof. I have already issued a support ticket (#112301933) today and hope Holafly can resolve this by processing my refund.

Easy, practical and reliable eSIM service.

We used three Holafly eSIMs during our trip to the United States, and all of them worked very well from start to finish. We had no connection issues, no unexpected loss of signal and no problems getting online when we needed maps, transport information, bookings or general browsing.

Choosing an eSIM provider for a trip abroad can sometimes feel like a gamble, as many options have poor coverage or unstable connections. That is why we were especially happy with Holafly. The setup was straightforward, and the service was stable throughout the trip.

We will definitely use Holafly again and highly recommend it to others travelling abroad.

Extremely inconsistent connectivity in Europe. Even when my phone displayed “bars”, it frequently would not load pages. The service was so unreliable, in fact, that instead of saving money by purchasing this eSIM rather than using any of the international options available through Verizon, I wound up paying for this AND also needing to purchase multiple Verizon daily travel passes in order to get the reliable coverage I needed. So I actually spent more, not less. The worst part is, I purchased an Holafly eSIM for my teenage son when he travelled to Europe earlier this year. He complained that it didn’t work and I figured he was doing something wrong so went ahead and bought one for my trip anyway. Turns out, he was right. Definite buyers remorse.

Clear and easy website, choosing the right plan was simple.

Installation of esim was easy and had no issues while away and using the esim.

Wasn’t happy about the e-sim due to not working in Macau it worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai only Macau had to buy a new e sim

Before Holafly getting a sim card was not always easy and often very expensive. Now it’s a problem of the past. Staying connected has never been easier and cheaper. We’re talking about unlimited data here. It’s just wonderful.
