Booked a trip that involved a connecting flight. Changed flight times on the first flight meaning I would miss the second flight was offered a flight the following day which was useless to me. Tried contacting them multiple times but got absolutely nowhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was making a booking. Checked all information and then continued to pay. When Payment was done I received information of a different airport. Not even one with a similar spelling. But completely different. I instantly contacted them. Was promised a refund. Al though it could take some days (I understand that). Then 6 min later I receive an email confirming the wrong ticket. Contacts them again and then I just get a lot of of blah blah blah.... Chat bot was more informative than human agent.
So their booking system has a glitch and I lost my money. Not willing to help or change the ticket. Even the ticket I originally tried to book was actually cheaper. Bad customer support and bad business.

eSky sadly partners with AXA Travel Insurance which I would strongly recommend avoiding as they have never responded to my claim and only have a foreign phone number in Poland! Also, the eSky website tricked me into thinking I was ordering my ticket directly from Advanced Air, and that the ticket was "refundable" for all reasons, but obviously it was deceptive, and likely a well-designed scam.

I made a typo in the ticket name, informed esky within a couple of days, after three weeks I received the request to pay an additional charge so they could solve the matter, which I paid, then after another 5 days I received another payment request - this time for the full payment of another ticket. Now they told me that the airline refused to change the typo. Called the airline on day one - they would have changed this for free. Don’t use this firm, they only create additional expense, confusion and delay
UPDATE: For esky their “solution” remains that I should buy a new ticket for EUR933 (price not guaranteed), for a change that the airline says they’d make for free if esky contacts their travel agency desk.

Horrible horrible experience, I booked a tip to the Middle East with the option to reschedule or cancel. A few weeks after I purchased my ticket I had to cancel because of the war going on in the Middle East. I’ve spoken to a chat agent over 5 times now and no one has helped me with a refund. They only tell me that they will send a request and I still haven’t gotten ANY response about my cancellation. There’s no other way to get in contact with them and it’s just the most tedious thing ever. Please do not book with them!!! I’m still dealing with them as I write this review👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I do NOT recommend at all

Avoid eSky at all costs. I booked a flight and canceled it four hours later, the day before departure, after American Airlines canceled our inbound flight and U.S.–Caribbean airspace was closed by the government. eSky confirmed the cancellation request — then refused to issue a refund. No flight, no service, no fairness. This company takes your money and disappears when anything goes wrong.
UPDATE: esky continues to ask for more information while supplying links that dont allow information to be sent. They continue to blame it on the 'credit card company' investigation, even though there IS NO active investigation.
Its one delay tactic after another.

Very poor experience with eSky.
My flight was changed by the airline with a delay of several hours, making it impossible to catch my international connection. I contacted eSky immediately to request a change, but they took more than 72 hours to respond despite the urgency.
During that time, there were available flights that would have solved the problem, but due to their delay in handling my request, those options disappeared. By the time they replied, it was already too late.
I was forced to buy a new flight at my own expense to avoid losing my entire trip. Despite this, eSky still treats the case as a “voluntary change,” ignoring that the issue was caused by the airline and worsened by their lack of response.
I would not recommend them at all.

Unfortunately, even if you ask for one, you won’t be given an invoice as a business traveller. This means that this company is not suitable for business travellers. The form mentioned below does not lead to a page to send the information. It is a standard form that pretends to help but doesn't.
