Hi. I found exactly the options I needed here at eSky, namely an affordable price for checked baggage. Elsewhere, there was only the option with a small carry-on bag and a double price for checked baggage. I highly recommend eSky. Thank you for finding me.

My husband booked return flight Zagreb-Milano-Zagreb through esky. His credit card was charged and confirmation email by esky was received timely with booking references and all. When he came to the airport in Zagreb, it turned out that the reservations with the airline companies involved were never confirmed, so my husband was denied a boarding pass. When contacting customer service, he was badly handled by a chat-bot via the Esky app (no other way to establish contact at that point was possible). The first time he was actually handled by a live agent was almost 2 hours later. Esky never fixed the problem. The only thing they were prepared to offer was to refund the price paid for the ticket. My husband had to buy new tickets; he came 12 hours later than originally scheduled (missed a whole business day and the meetings in Milan on the first day), and had to incur extra costs for the tickets that were almost twice as expensive (last-minute booking) at his own expense. He is now expecting Esky to at least pay the promised refund. Let's hope that day will come. Terrible, frustrating, nerve-breaking experience. We will never use Esky again.

This is a terrible experience from the beginning. There is absolutely catastrophic support or rather non-existing support!!! You only can communicate with whatsup and with a kind of AI. You spend a lot of time and cannot find the complete solution. Nobody will contact you per Phone / neither you can call any support!!! They send you confusing emails with wrong data and new charges without clear explication. If you not pay within 1 hour, they send you increased charges to pay without any explication but nobody takes care about your flight data / problems. I deeply regret to use eSkyTravel.ch!!! Never again!!!

I made a typing error with the email address when booking. I have tried contacting sky by email (o response) via contact form (no response) via telephone (doesn't even connect). How am I supposed to rectify an error when there is no option to seek help?

I booked a changeable and refundable flight for LATAM Airlines. When I tried to change it eSky didn’t respond. After multiple attempts someone responded but did nothing. I lost $500 in tickets.
Stay far away from eSky. They offer services most airlines provide as part of their ticketing process. eSky has no, and I mean no, customer service. You have been duly warned.

I booked i flight with eSky and payed almost double than i should... I didn't know at that time it was my first flight ever. I also payed for insurance in case of cancelation and i unfortunately canceled the flight the same day cause something came up... They refused to give me refund of any amount despite the insurance i payed them also i contacted air company that i bought ticket from trough eSky and they were willing to refund the half of the amount of the ticket but eSky would get the money cause payment was trough theirs card... So i ended up pay 250 euros and didn't and they refused to pay me back even a cent i tried everything but only thing that is left is to sue the company... Unfortunately i don't have money for that i bearly menaged to scrap money for the ticket cause we live in county that average pay per month is 1000 euros and the ticket was for my mother who wanted to visit my sister in Neanderthals. In any case eSky are thiefs and i wish them all the worse. IF YOU EVER WANT TO TRAVEL I WISH YOU READ THIS CAUSE I DIDN'T HAD.... NEVER TRAVEL WITH ESKY CAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND YOU WILL PAY ALMOST DOUBLE THE MONEY GO BUY TICKET DIRECTLY FROM AIR COMPANIES...

One of the worst companies I have used for booking tickets. They have a long wait for confimring the flights resulting in price change and they do nothing to protect customers from paying more each time. I have booked two days ago my tickets one flight was confirmed (but I ahd to pay more due to the waiting time) while the second it's not even confirmed (i am expecting to pay again more). During booking I had to pay extra because it said the price changed while i was booking. The company is a scam and their agents are told to speak vaguely without giving specific answers. They still haven't given me a specific answer as to when I will be able to have my tickets and a guarantee that I won't pay extra again or that they will see into it.
I strongly advice to stay away because instead of feeling happy about booking tickets for a trip I feel scammed and extremly frustrated.

eSky replied to my review claiming that the refund was issued on February 14th. However, the refund has still not appeared in my account. I have checked multiple times and there is no payment or transaction related to this refund.
At this point, they are misleading customers with these public replies while the actual issue remains unsolved.
If anyone is reading Trustpilot reviews to check whether this website is reliable take this as a WARNING do not buy tickets through eSky. Avoid unnecessary problems and book your flight directly through the airlines official website where you can actually get proper support if something goes wrong. And just so u know Margaret i will leave this type of reviews everyday until u do something hopefully this site gets shut down so u guys will stop scamming people left and right.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my bookings. I was charged a total of 47€ in service fees (18€ for the outbound and 29€ for the inbound flight), which is completely disproportionate given that the base fare was only 10€. Furthermore, your platform provides no field for the Unique Islander Number (MAN), forcing me to do all the administrative work myself with the airline to secure my state subsidy. I feel misled by the lack of transparency regarding these fees and I expect a formal response and a partial refund of the service fees as a gesture of goodwill for the manual work I had to perform. Never again
