Bought a Quickmill Pippa Mod. 04100 in august 2023. Item was delived within the promised devilery period and carefully packaged. Had an issue with the Pippa's portafilter (the handle got loose). A new portafilter was issued in a short term. The ease of use of the warranty, for me - warrants 5*:).
I purchased a Profitec Pro 600. They had the lowest price. The machine was shipped the next working day and arrived 10 days later. The packaging was very good. Oddly, the machine was sent from another German retailer (as per the external box) but it doesn't really matter, since the machine itself was a factory sealed unit.
One more thing to mention, they answered quickly all my emails regarding the machine, before and after (most important) the transaction.
