I have NOT yet tried the product but what was excellent was the communication all the way through from my first enquiry about the product through to when it will arrive and the information when it arrived at my location.

Excellent customer service
Excellent promptness to attend to my query on procurement of a tubidy meter that was not available in house and had to be outsourced abroad.
I made a call to the company and the front desk services were helpful and gave me guidance and referred me to the sales time. Spoke with a sales team member Chris and guided me on the entire process to ensure the product I was looking for was purchased. I definitely recommend them for all your scientific lab needs and equipments.
