They have messed with a lot of my clients bodies, tummy tucks and liposuctions have gone wrong. Disfigured bodies, I have seen it with my very own eyes. Don’t trust these people!

It’s bitter sweet to see the reviews almost reflect how horrific this place is you think you might save some money going here but you will b left horribly disfigured the fact that a new agent who was obviously scouting new victims reached out to me was mortified when I shared my photos said she was going to help me get some sort of compensation then blocked me is just further proof of how bad this place is

Disaster Hands off!!!!!! I had my small lower abdomen removed, it was a total of 1.5 liters of fat. My belly button is crooked. My belly has dents! It looks as if I have never had an operation. The clinic should close. I paid 75,000 lira. I regret it so much.

They took all my mum savings and pressured her to pay with cash. This was supposed to have changed her life instead she was so badly infected. She never recovered. Please, Research, if you have to go there at all They took my mum aged 55 And laugh at me on the phone

If only you could give less than 1 star reviews. Do not have an cosmetic work done by this company! They are only interested in taking your money and not your welfare to the point where they will pray on your insecurities to sell you more procedures!
I had surgery in April 2024 and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. No hotel reservation on arrival, surgery postponed 2 days. 2 days spent in the general Turkish hospital (no private vip treatment!!) No one spoke any English so communication was difficult. The translator provided by Estrella only came for a short time each day.
The consultation with the surgeon took place 5 minutes before surgery with no real discussion. I requested my implants were placed under the muscle in the consultation but that didn't happen!
Discharged from the hospital 2 days post op with no medication, that came 24 hours later after chasing Estrella several times.
The surgical drain was not removed so had to fly home with it in and getting it removed by the NHS was impossible.
Soon after flying home it went from bad to worse and infection started, two further operations had to to happen to treat the infection or i would have died.
The 2nd operation lead to me having to have the implants taken out and being left with 5 open wounds that are still healing 6 months on.
I have contacted Estrella at every stage of this journey and quite frankly they are not interested!
I am currently going through a legal case against them where I have found out they are not even registered as a medical centre just a tourism agency!!!!

from instagram it looks amazing a brand new hospital 🏥 looks very modern and professional, i booked in for tummy tuck 360 lipo and my breast redone ! i arrived to the airport got greeted bye a young man he was lovley i don’t have a problem with him he was new i was his second client , i arrived to the hospital and when i say i had the shock of my life thats all i can say it was HORRENDOUS it was a very old building with a funny smell it was broken damaged and also very dirty no hygiene it was awful it was called Central i was not expecting this i thought i was going to a new 5 start hospital instead they bring me to a 3 start hospital with lots and lots of bad reviews alone just on the hospital let alone all the bad reviews about estrella my flight was late at night so i stayed the night in the hospital and when i woke up in the moring i was told 9am i would going to be taken down to surgery (i already knew from the second i arrived i didn’t feel comfortable having surgery in this place ) i got to about 11am no sign of anyone not even my translation guy was aroud i called him and told him i was leaving the hospital in 10 minutes he arrived he said weight 2 mins the doctor wanted to speak with me i waited aroud for 40 minutes and still no sigh of him about 6 ladies gathered into the room including the translator they was taking and trying to convince me to stay but i thank jesus now i have seen these reviews i left when i did please if this can save one person from not going hesr then i would be happy im so glad i left when i did (apparently estrella wasn’t aware i was coming with this translation guy and he brought me to the wrong hospital but he showed me him logged into their instagram and texted me from their whatsapp number they offered me to come meet in the clinic to get free botox and fillers (that was already included in my package) and they would get me a 5 star hotel for the night to say sorry (they think i’m stupid i no they just wanted me to go to their clinic to try talk me into getting surgery hear ) i was also taking to some members of the public and they said 5 people has died getting surgery in that hospital please im only 20 years old with a baby at home and a husband and a loving family if they was willing to put me in a life fretting situation they will do it to anyone i just thank god i left when i did

1 year 4 months later . No feeling to stomach still , rock solid at the bottom, very oddly shaped bottom stomach and belly button is not centre at all or like a belly button at all , I have a pointy shape to one side of hip ( like a corner of a carry bag ) and I am full of lumps and bumps from lipo . I have a lot of swelling to my upper stomach which is very uncomfortable and also left with very bad scaring on both breasts . I have had loads of complications since having the surgery including a blocked vessel in my left eye which will not heal due to blood pressure problems during my 7-8 hour surgery which was not even finished but I wasn’t told any reason ( also wasn’t told this by them ) . I got blocked by the company and told to take my last review down due to them possible loosing there job etc . They are a disgrace and only after money . They have no aftercare at all , just try offer free blow dry or nail treatments . Please research heavily before booking as I 100000% would not recommend these to anyone

I had paid for for 2 procedures one for a mommy makeover and a gastric sleeve for someone in my family. The gastric sleeve did not happen as the hospital wanted a test that will take longer for the result to come out.

I had a breast reduction and a tummy tuck that resulted in disaster.One breast is bigger than the other, one areola was not placed at the centre and I had no sensation for almost 6months.Meanwhile this people does not follow up at all, I have to chase them all the time I need support with my recovery. No advice on what to do/not to do post-op . I had to go back for my Lipo months after as the butcher called the surgeon that did my MM advised not to have it then. The lipo went well but 5 months after I look like I am 4month pregnant.7month after Mm l, I had discovered a lump in my breast that tested malignant. I informed them , initially they said it is Fat necrosis and I was challenging the result until a 2nd Biopsy was done to reconfirm. They are not bothered nor show any empathy. Almost all their staff I met therevhad left them about 5 of them I met .My consultant had requested for my hospital note to carry out a surgery here so as to save my nipple, these scammers were not able to obtain my hospital records regarding how my surgery was carried out. I have been taking private treatment and requires a huge amount. I pleaded with them to refund the £1900 I paid for the sleeve and they ignore me. I have dropped comments on Instagram and I realised they had blocked me. Pls pls pls DO NOT GO TO ESTRELLA ESTETIK for any cosmetic procedure if you love your life. They are not cheap and and they are CRAP, bunch of scammers .Once you pay they have nothing tangible to offer you as you begin to chase them. Please spread the word AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS.

Estella Izmir have taken thousands of pounds of my money And not completed my procedures and the procedures that have been done are terrible and need rectifying. Please avoid this place at all costs shop around don’t make the mistake that I’ve made. I am continuously phoning them messaging them and they just ignoring me. Spread this to other people spread it on social media we all need to look out for each other in the UK scammers like this abroad

I paid for face and neck lift and went in January. It is a complete failure, nothing has lifted at all. Today May 18th I have just finished yet another course of antibiotics for infected stitches that are still sticking out of my skin. Paid extra £500 to have fat transferred into my cheeks but guess what, that hasn’t worked either. A member of staff robbed money off me when I was in the dirty hospital too. No real after care, just a couple of check ups by a nurse (not sure she was a nurse) four infections later I am still suffering. I put in a formal complaint which was ignored. Tried reaching out several times to no avail. Not one person has contacted me to see how I am since I returned home. Disgraceful, DO NOT USE

I ha e held off writing a review about this company, I had a smas facelift and neck lift and upper and lower bleph in may last year, hospital was appalling, take you down to the basement to a room that is not a hospital theatre, big roller shutter door that looks like a garage door and a rope opposite with staff sat drinking coffee, my eyelids
are still purple my neck has sagged, the after care was shockin, I was given a cold block out of a lunch box wrapped in a hair net to put on my infected eye!!!
Been talking to them for months now they want me to go back for a revision which I was told was free, and now there asking me for 2 grand 😂 stay well away from this company it’s all about the money no customer care no after care, oh and they switched surgeons on me 10 mins before the op, I researched my surgeon extensively before I went but ended up with someone else 😢 STAY AWAY

Just noticed they have removed almost of the negatives reviews included mine . I will advise everyone to stay away from this company. Awful job my mommy make over is useless tummy still swollen after 9 months breast are shapeless , liposuction didn’t work . Spent 24 hours without food or drink all they care about is their money. I have to look for another company to get correction done . Guys you can find a better company with same price .

awful, use public hospitals, hardly speak any other languages, appalling aftercare, take money upfront but dont return a penny if surgery cannot go ahead, liars and fraudsters stay well away

I luckily didn't go through with my surgery but after seeing how horrific their facilities are and some of the outcomes of patients surgery I am honestly so glad. I have requested my deposit back as given plenty notice and they are just begging me to reconsider, so I guess I've lost that!

Do not go there ! This is a beauty clinic not plastic surgery!

From the first conversation with mCan my assistant through the process I felt reassured. I had a terrible experience with a gastric bypass a year before with a different company so I was very anxious about going back to Turkey. Can was available at all times to answer my never ending questions. He was by my side through each step and managed to pack all my procedures into 6 days as I had to work around my job. He had so much patience and constantly reassured me.
I’m very happy and looking forward to returning to finish my dental implants.

Had hair transplant 4 montaj ago, hospital and clinic are very clean and staff very profffional, my hair is Re-growing now. Will come Back for my teeth done
