It is my 4 month after the surgert, brilliant results, i had arm lift, Tummy Tuck, and 360lipo with EStrella, they were so good at what they were doing from the beginning, hotel is very good and clean, staff was amazing esspecially Hasret was so friendly :) doctor mehmet looks so professional he was very happy when he saw my check-up images, either am i :) thanks to Aykut he put everything at ease for me, still speaking, only problem driver at the airport could not find me at the aiprot upon my arrival, but sorted for a while, see you next time

I used this clinic for my post-gastric sleeve surgery to get flat stomach and breast uplift, clinic is amazing, the staff at hospital was very helpfull, even though they cant speak in English, they sorted language problem with translation App, doctor Mehmet Kaya was very good, he did a very good job, he removed very excess skin from my stomach, now very happy, my coordinator aykut still in contact with me, thanks Estrella, my cousin will be there in june, take care of her:)

Went to estrella 3 weeks ago soon as off the plane straight to hospital and in to theatre, the surgeon I couldn’t fault gave me everything I wanted nurses were brilliant so back to the hotel after 2 days and left no check up no nurses, went to a beauty clinic 4 days after surgery for check up saod everything fine I got 360 lipo and breast implants asked do I need massages got told no seen surgeon on last day got told healing well no need for massag, now 3 weeks on my breasts are great but my stomach and back are full of hard painful lumps Have paid 200 for massages already spent all kinds on garments as they wanted 100 pounds for another garment now I may have to get these lumps drained 😩 I can say my health co ordinator still checks on me now so he was ok but I feel once they get your money that is it I had only fasted 9 hours before rushed to surgery. Woke up afterwards full of blood and fluid the bed was soaked all you got out of them was it’s normal I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

I went to this clinic to do my mommy makeover and I’m very happy with the results. The only problem is the English barrier in the hospital. They treat me with a lot of respect. The doctor was professional and quick to do my markings. The best person I could describe is Ilkem Mimaroglu and Oguzhan, they are fantastic friendly, and helpful. I definitely would recommend who want to do this procedure to them. I’m giving four stars just because the English barrier otherwise I don’t have no complain. The nurseries were really nice and helpful. Even with the English barrier they could try and do as best as they can to help me they were very friendly, but I don’t blame them about the English barrier because it’s their country so we should do better and research and learn a bit of the language as well,or use the translator to help yourself.

I had a very pleasant experience at “Estrella clinic” with Dr. Fatma dentist and her staff. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Fatma was very patient with me and spend a lot of time trying to calm me down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. The dentist was very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good and honest dentist I highly recommend Dr. Fatma her staff for kids and adults.
She’s just perfectionist, I have been to more than 20 dentist on 5 different countries I’ve lived but I’ve never met anyone like her. She changed my life 110%!
Everything was arranged and made so easy by the cordinator Ilkem Mimaroglu.
This guy is not just very professional but he’s so friendly that he actually became a friend. Fatma and Ilkem Mimaroglu must be a different breed of people.
He also help me out for my hair transplant so I got the Hollywood smile plus hair transplant which again was done in a very professional way.
My name is Nikolas I’m 41 years old but after the teeth and the hair done I look 20 years younger. I could not be any happier!!!
To be very honest from bottom of my heart I would rate their services 4.8 out of 5.

I've had the most amazing experience with Estrella clinic from beginning to end. Ilkem was our agent and he couldn't do enough for us. Not only have I now got the best boobs I could have ever wished for, I also got botox, lip filler, my hair cut and blow dried (best cut I've ever had) gel nail extensions and pedicure with gel toes. I've had my teeth whitened which was also amazing. The aftercare we received was amazing and if it wasn't for Ilkem none of it would have been possible or gone as smoothly as it did. He went above and beyond for me and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you Ilkham.

Mommy makeover
I have just had my surgery in izmir, estrella staff was amazing, surgeon put 370cc implants in, and liposuction on my arms, stomach and sides beside tummy tuck, i havent suffered from pain because they gave me medications at the hospital, nurse changed my dressings and emptied drains everyday, scar looks great and recovering fast. Aykut was amazing, he helped me all the time i need. Doctor Mehmet is great master, very professional.

Exactly 3 weeks ago I had a face lift surgery, upper blepharoplasty and a foxy eyes done with Estrella Medical Group.
Booking prep: very good, good communication and arrangements done and all booked.
Hotel accommodation: Kaya Prestige with breakfast- very nice, cannot complain. Nice service, speak English. Hotel situated 2 minutes from Estrella.
Communication with coordinators: excellent with Basak, Anil and Ogusan. All via WhatsApp, nice and precise. All transfers were arranged as scheduled.
Hospital and surgery time: surgeon Dr Murat, spoke English which was very nice, so I clearly explained my explanation. All went well and on schedule. Clinical staff did not speak English, however, it was very nice to see them using a translator and trying to communicate.
Post op and aftercare: I had a separate room, together with my husband. Surgeon was visiting me quite often to see us which I do appreciate it. Next day, I was discharged and all prescribed medication have been delivered to the hotel we stayed in. Coordinators still stayed in touch all the time in case we need anything. 1 day before our departure, I had a hospital visit with the surgeon to check all and take the stitches out. The surgeon also wrote a fit note for the flight.
Next, me and my husband went into Estrella for our teeth whitening which was included in the price- amazing result.
After about 1 week, one of my antibiotics finished, so I WhatsApp the surgeon for further advice. He immediately replied to me which was very nice and important to me.
Overall, I am so happy and grateful for Estrella and Dr Murat for an excellent work, care and expertise. Absolutely I do recommend to anyone who plan a surgery. I am very happy with the result. A few years younger now, feel great🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I cannot comment on the surgery results because it’s to early, we will wait for the final results first.

I had 2 surgeries with Estrella while I was there, with Ilkem being my curator. I can't say enough good things about the clinic, the surgeon, Ilkem's service - everything was top notch and I was very well looked after. My case was not the most straightforward + I was traveling alone so I was very nervous and had a million questions, and Ilkem was always either with me or available on the phone, day or night. I did not have to worry about anything at all and buy any medication myself - all was covered by the pre-agreed fee.
Turkey is a wonderful place and the people there are extremely accommodating and friendly. The days I went to Estrella for my post-op check ups were my favourite because everyone was super supportive and non-judgemental. I never felt like I am alone in what I am going through!
If you are traveling to Turkey for any beauty services, Estrella is absolutely brilliant - just remember that it is a different country with it's own language. Have your Google Translate ready and there will be no issues at all!

Had a mommy makeover in Feb 2023 surgery was amazing loving results so far. I had complications due to my lungs and ended up in intensive care. I had a blood clot which thankfully has resolved and I'm recovering at home. Only thing I would recommend is to not come alone as the surgeon and nurses don't speak English and in that situation it was quite scary. Felt so alone at times. Can't fault the coordinaters ilkem and oguzan I couldn't of got through it without them. Made me laugh on my bad days and even went out of there way to get me food I liked because turkish hospital food is unedible! Mehmet kaya is a great surgeon he held my hand when I was suffering and got me through. I was a heavy smoker for years so only have myself to blame for what happened. Overall I'm extremely happy with my results and looking forward to getting healed and showing off my new body.

I went over and everything was absolutely great, everything up until my surgery was perfect. I mean the taxi that they took us to the hospital in wasn’t great but the second that I got into the hospital it was the worst experience of my life. They set me a room for about four hours. Whilst I waited, they had taken some blood tests, put me a cannula in which I told her was so uncomfortable and it was hurting me they did not listen. I asked them to translate the papers that I signed at the hospital. They didn’t explain much just that sometimes things can go wrong. I didn’t expect them to go as wrong as what they did.The surgeon came in and he was there for about three minutes quickly marking me up. I asked him where I would be getting fat removed from and they confirmed everything and it was exactly what I wanted. I woke up from Surgery as I was wheeled back to my room, I then had some food that they did not provide. Luckily I had cash, the catheter that they had fitted was hanging out and I was screaming in pain and she told me to just sit down getting really nasty with me. She was awful to say she was a nurse. I went back to the hotel the next day and I voiced a few concerns about one of the surgeries not being right meaning on one side of my hip, There was massive lumps they told me that that was normal. I also mentioned about the upper stomach Lipo that they did not do. I ask them about the back lipo that they did not do. They said they did and can evidently see that they didn’t. I’m so glad I took so many pictures. over the next five days that I was there, I complained every single day saying that this isn’t right I have a lump sticking out of my hip, the antibiotics that they gave me had given me an infection so I asked where the pharmacy were so I could buy some Canesten, instead, they brought me to the clinic where the gynaecologist, another doctor and the coordinator all male were staring at my lady parts. They then gave me some other stuff which wasn’t righ. I had a facial done there which was pretty nice and I also had teeth whitening which was okay, but we had to wait for them to go to the shop to go and buy more of the whitening gel which I felt was very unprofessional. The gynaecologist also did my Botox which was rubbish, no difference at all. on the last day I got told that someone would do my hair and make up. I sat in the chair for a woman to put the lightest foundation on which she had pulled out of her own personal make up bag to put it on my face it took two people attempting to apply eyeshadow. I looked absolutely horrific. I started crying. I didn’t know that the reason for this hair and make up catastrophe happened to be for them to stick me in a room where they asked me to tell the camera how amazing my experience was I was under pressure so gave a good review highlighting some of the few positives I had meaning the food in the area and the cleanliness of the building and the fact they have put me in a nice hotel. Asking me to dance and things and laugh and smile, Six months later, they had promised me a revision surgery after months of begging them to accept that this wasn’t right, i’ve not heard a single thing from them since promising this which was Christmas time. zero after-care they are are are a money grabbing company that do not care about peoples lives. I literally struggle to wear many close due to a lump poking out of my side. I paid a lot of money to look uneven and lumpy and out of the three surgeries that I asked, for I only received one which was a breast lift, and even then they messed up. I wish someone had written a review about them before I booked it because I never would have gone. I’ve even decided not to have the revision surgery with them because I don’t want the same performance as last time I do not trust them which is the only reason I’ve not chased up the revision surgery

I had my “lazy eye surgery “ with them.After so many years my problem is gone 😊The experience was great.From the first minute they helped me with everything.The doctor has been great ,the team the same.They’re are providing the best care and after care.I’m very satisfied and I will always recommend them.

I was very nervous about getting my breast lift and spent many months researching where to go. I went to the clinic for my first consultation and everyone was friendly and helpful, made me feel at ease straight away. Ilkem helped me througout the process. The night before my surgery i was very nervous but Ilkem was on hand to help me and reassure me. The care that I have received after my surgery has also been good. Ilkem has kept in good communication with me throughout the whole time and making sure I am ok. I have already recommended friends to go here!!! Thank you so much!

Ever since I was 19 I've been meaning to get my breasts done and I was never confident with the way they looked. The best decision I've made was to get in touch with my rep at Estrella. I would do it all over again. Many thanks to these people.

6 days post op and very happy with my results so far. The clinic is beautiful and the team are very helpful, after care could be a little better in terms of what to do and what not to do after surgery but other than that everything was good

OMG!!!!! This place brought me so much joy I cannot begin to describe. Came here for a Hollywood Smile and now I have fine pearls instead of my ugly old pairs. I'm glad I can smile like the old days. #RECOMMENDalert

DO NOT GO TO ESTRELLA!!
I'm a 33 year old female who made a terrible mistake going to this company for liposuction. The hospital experience was so traumatic I still have nightmares now. The nurse came in with a cannula in her arm after me having to call the coordinator for help. My intravenous drip could have become infected as my blood was going back up a dry drip of morphine I had been on for 5 hours. Absolutely discrasful! My coordinator made me feel as so uncomfortable by asking me stand up in my hotel reception and stalk talking about why I was unhappy, then told me it was inappropriate so we would go upstairs where he groped me, this should have been the big red flag to go home but I was in a completely vulnerable state having already handed over cash to illkem my coordiator... the surgeon made me feel so uncomfortable, he stunk of cigarettes and was pulling me around telling me I should be getting a tummy tuck... which I had already stated I did not want to be cut open I wanted liposuction. Originally I was coming for full leg and arm but the surgeon said I couldn't have my lower let done as I have to much muscle... I made sure before I came that I was deffinatly be able to have the bottom leg procedure, that was the main goal and the most important thing. This shocked me and upset me alot when he told me I wasn't having it done, although had paid for it! I then felt so uncomfortable with myself after that encounter I then borrowed a further £750 to have 360 lipo which is tummy and back, i was grieving for the loss of two close relatives and there was no support at all, just money grabbing and continued disrespect and violations. I'm litrally heartbroken at how I've been treated. The accommodation I was moved to after the first night made me burst into tears.... its complete con. They took all my money and delivered nothing but upsetting results and nurve damage. I'm so upset! This company knew this before I left and the only thing they could day to me was they are changing there surgeon. Absolutely deviated!
