Disgraceful. I still have not received my order and no refund either. I keep receiving one liner from customer service that someone will look into my concern and get back to me!! See all my reviews below. Order was placed at the end of April with extra paid for 48 hrs delivery. It js 14th June and I am still waiting!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service ,I returned the item, Ethnc are stating the item hasn’t been received. Even though royal mail are a trusted delivery service in the uk. Tracking shows they have received the item. Ethnc Can’t even give me a £40 refund how vile. It has been two weeks still no refund! I returned the item back to Ethnc warehouse the next dare from receiving the QR code. You are supposed to be a Muslim company I will never ever in my life of living on earth ever order or buy in store from Ethnc again. Terrible customer services constantly emailing me stating the same pathetic paragraph basically to no avail helping me or refunding me. You don’t look after your customers and I would have spent a lot of money in future with ethnc if you provided the correct customer service and refunded me. Vile

I saw reviews here and changed my mind because most of reviews were really bad. But once I saw one good review I decided to give it a try. I ordered from Ethnic and got everything I ordered. Everything came well packed and it didn’t took that long. My package wasn’t heavy I believe I had to pay extra for custom/tax. But I had good experience with Ethnic.

Omg..the material not silk not cotton or lawn or even winter written as cambric so bad see-through material. Before it had good fabric for summer as I bought so much from them but this time it's very poor never gona buy again..

The thing is we live in Islamic culture and we used to love ethnic clothes earlier because they have full sleeves but now there’s just crop slip under shirt. Everything is see through. That is really wrong. The designer should make slips according to islamic culture not abroad cultures. They should be ashamed of this act.

Cancelled my order and now it's been 3 weeks!! No refund!
Awful company with no customer service. Now I have to go through my bank to make a claim. I can't believe these thieves don't feel like giving people's money back once they cancel an order.

I ordered 5 outfits and I only recieved 2. I waited and then contacted as did not receive my remaining 3 clothes - it has been absolutely challenging to try and get this issue resolved and as basic as contacting someone. They tried to justify the issue by saying that they contacted Royal Mail and ‘the parcel looked full’. Had I known this company was so incompetent i would have never placed an order. I will not let them get away with this. I demand this be looked into via security cameras and for my issue to be resolved - I either want my outfits or a refund on those items which were not sent to me. Don’t know how such people can sleep at night

Fraudulent & Unprofessional – Avoid This Brand!

I placed an order and paid the full amount via COD, but some items were missing. I have been regularly following up for over a week, providing all the required proof, yet I have not received my refund or any proper resolution.

Instead of addressing complaints, this brand ignores messages and even deletes negative comments to hide their terrible customer service. Deleting feedback won’t change the fact that they took more money than they should have and failed to deliver my complete order. This is nothing short of fraud.

If you’re thinking of purchasing from them, DON’T. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. I will escalate this further if I don’t get my refund immediately.

Damaged Outfit!!
I ordered an outfit from.Ethnic uk for my disabled daughter the outfit arrived with tassels and beads off the outfit and not stitched properly at all the item was very faulty and it was a healthy and safety case my daughter or other small children could easily chock!! When I emailed Ethnic regarding this matter I received NO APOLOGY NOTHING I was sent a link to return the item which the postage would be deducted from too...
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service!!!

I ordered 2 suits and received both, the condition of the suits is nice but i ordered one size down so they needed to be returned. I requested a return which took around 3 to 4 days to be accepted, I made one online return request and followed up with an email. My return request was accepted and I was given a royal mail return label which I had to print and attach. My parcel was sent back on 22nd Nov and I have just received my refund today (28th nov). So to be fair, my return process was good with Ethnc. The outfits are nice but 1 of the suits had foil in the fabric which wasn't lined, so another reason to send back is that it's too itchy to wear alone. The p&p is £5 which is a bit steep but the experience wasn't terrible. I was concerned, when I read reviews, but thankfully I have my money back.

I will try to keep this short and easy.
1) Requested for a refund.
2) Refund was accepted package label was emailed to me.
3) Sent clothes package off for my refund.
4)I heard nothing for a month to say my package was received so I decided to enquire.
5) I got a reply asking for my proof receipt for my parcel return.
6) Proof of my Receipt with tracking number was sent via email.
7)They emailed me back with a complete incorrect tracking number and told me that this did not match any orders they received.
8)I emailed back stating this is a completely different tracking number to the one I sent in previous emails.
9) After that I heard nothing.
This is just a open case.... It's still on going no one has replied since my last email.
10) I decided to leave this review on trust pilot.

For your own time and headache do not buy. The clothes are very pretty and fashionable but the stitching is of poor quality so the clothes will not last.

Not a good company for returns. They do not give refund. Returned package with postage sent by seller but still not been given a refund. Got pay pal involved.
Do not order as a waste of time and money!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Sometimes I order for delivery to the UK (where I am based) or to my parents house in Pakistan. Each time I ordered to my parents house, they are unable to deliver as the courier can’t see to find the house. We live in a large town so hardly a village in the middle of nowhere.

Anyway my most recent order in May I placed 2 orders to be delivered in Pakistan. After chasing for over a month, I was told both parcel were delivered. Funny because nothing was received. After chasing the courier and Ethnic, I’ve been told they have been delivered and was provided with the person who accepted the delivery and their NICOP id. Well that’s not the person who I named on my order and that person does not live at the address I gave.

Courier have obviously just delivered to any house.

Ethnic refused to refund me even though I provided the ID of my dad who was named on the order.

Luckily it was not a large order but after numerous bad customer service interactions and problems, I will never shop at Ethnic again.

Stay away.

Do not order from this company. I have oder 1 3 pis set they sent me wrong outfit ..and i returned my items and nearly 2 months later still do not have a refund!! I have emailed them numerous times. They are a fraudulent company. Absolutely disgusting service and will never be ordering

Please do not purchase anything online from here. I have purchase a white suit by seeing pictures but when I received it its in creamy color. A huge difference in color not a simple color variation. Also sent defected patch in same parcel.

Terrible Customer Service - No Refund Issued

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund form for an item I would like to return, and despite reaching out several times, I have yet to receive any response or action. It’s clear from other reviews that this seems to be a common issue, and many customers are left without refunds. This experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. It feels like they deliberately avoid processing refunds, and I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

First of all they sent me a wrong size of outfit. Second I have requested so many times after purchasing my clothes that they must check everything carefully before the order shipped out.
After receiving the wrong measurements outfit I have requested to send me the right size that I paid for. They didn’t want to agree with that and even they denied me for full refund.
This is really frustrating and unacceptable from a well known brand.
Their policy is really unfair and they need more customers assistance.
Last of all, Ethnic should NOT sell the products which are defective and misleading stitching clothes. They should hire people who can do the quality check thoroughly.

I ordered a medium size shirt from sale, but I got the shirt in extra large size with medium tag. I was so disappointed because they don't appect back the sale items. So l'm not satisfied with online shopping from ethnic.
