Excellent Account Management and Service Support from Ethos

Excellent Service Provider

We have been a client of Ethos now for 20+ years. From my experience, they are a very professional company that deliver a 1st class customer service. For me a good account manager is someone is always available and is ready to talk through any of our needs. Ethos actually do deliver this.

You wont be disappointed with this supplier...

We have been with Ethos for over 15 years, and they have always acted very professional and offered good customer care. Our account manager is always ready to listen to your requirements and offer his opinion on what is best for your business and work within your budget.
We have very few issues with our printers but when we do the response is extremely quick, and almost always fixed the same day.
One of our preferred suppliers and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to you.

Great product and service

Excellent Service company.

We have been with Ethos for a considerable time and have found the staff and business very considerate and helpful over the years. When we have had issues they normally arrive within 24 hours if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone. The supplies team has always dispatched toners etc promptly and again normally arrive with a 24 hour period. We would have no issues recommending them to any other company looking for their services.

We have been with Ethos for over 10…

We have been with Ethos for over 10 years and they have always provided outstanding equipment and outstanding service of our copiers which are heavily used. Customer service is impeccable and I would be more than happy to recommend them to other buisnesses. Our account manager cannot do enough and if there has ever been a supply issue with toners etc.. they are delivered the same day via courier and the engineers work on a 2 hour call out which is exceptional

Extremely unprofessional, unethical company

Extremely unprofessional company. Tried to imply we had signed a 5 year maintenance contract on a 3 year lease! When we challenged them on this point (it was untrue) we were threatened with legal action. They escalated the threat and we actually went to court ...then they failed to attend the case which was struck off! The judge also reviewed the documents and said it was a case of misrepresentation. Very underhanded business practices.
Don't let them bully you with threats, read the (impossibly) small print on the back of the Direct Debit form (you will need a magnifying glass).. but in short... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Really unethical company. Will try and hit you as many charges as possible when you try and end contract. All hidden in small print.

Beware of the Unreadable Small Print

Beware of the Unreadable Small Print. When entering into a business contract with this company please ensure that you have read all the small print of their terms and conditions and ensure you have a magnifying glass or strong glasses to hand. Their salesmen are very pushy and do not make you aware of specific terms in their contracts such as regular price increases and length of service or rental periods. Nor do they inform you of termination penalties. My advice is to stay well clear and rent from companies that are more transparent. They will also lease you equipment on rates that start off to be very comparable but end up being extortionate due to their regular price increases.

Really Bad Service! Be Aware!

Really bad service. Be aware, Rather work with any different company. Trying to get my machine fixed from last 3 months. Never received a phone call or email. Accounts payable emails are on time.
