Went smoothly with NO Stress.. nice change

It rates as great because it was purchased close to the day of attendance... went smoothly. The sale in August had technical issues which can happen but it is always extremely stressful. I know the intense demand is controlling but I wish there was a more orderly, less stressful process.

Sales of Keeneland tickets was…horrible

Sales of Keeneland tickets was ridiculous. Keeneland blamed it on etix. Tickets went on sale at 9 on Tuesday morning, and errors all over the place. Then is was postponed til 10. Still errors. System overloaded. Then afternoon. Soon after that, tix went on sale Wednesday at 9. I got in about 9;15 after entering the queque at 7;20. All restaurants were already sold out for every day of the meet. Altho some got in on Tue morning. Very bad scene.
