Didn't receive confirmation email
I purchased tickets on a Friday. I didn't receive a confirmation email but my debit card was charged. I spent time trying to email the site I purchased the tickets from. Neither email on that site worked. I found a site with another email. No response. I called the number on the second site. They gave me the web address for Etix. I finally got my confirmation on Wednesday of the following week. It took a lot of effort.

According to the Fair’s website (https://www.scstatefair.org/plan-your-visit/tickets/), the $16 advance ticket price, for a ticket that is valid for entry any day of the fair, reflects a $4 discount off the $20 general admission rate.
