Rotten to the core
Apparently etoll can only take direct debits in the middle of the month for some apparent reason. As if making millions of the backs of thousands of daily motor tax paying citizens was not bad enough, etoll also enjoys making the payment process as challenging as humanly possible. On top of this, they have the most unruly and vile customer service executives I have ever had to deal with (single word answers, ending chats prematurely and a tough sh*t mentality). Horrendous company and staff.
