Professional company I ordered a Oppo x8 Ultra chinese international version, all worked out nice from beginning when I switch on the mobile and changed to English, I installed Google keyboard and set google password menager as default and I felt like to have the full international version not available on market! 1 TB , price slightly hight in comparison to other online shop as this was the satellite version and the normal version not available with them. Delivery was perfect on 22 May, between the expected lenth of delivery date(19 to 29 May) by DHL very safe, tax included as EURO zone. Only little suspence I got as the tracking of shipping status came only almost the last day so you may feel uncomfortable after waiting many days but the customer care was always ready to assure me that all was fine, the reply was fast same day. Etoren is a very honest and professional website. Their installation of google service(this why the mobile is unsealed) is perfect and you didn't even notice it . The mobile is not rooted like it happens some year ago when I brought one Xiamoi 11 ultra from less professional web site that I didn't mention the name here...with few starting bugs like a temporary google account created by them etc.
Also with chinese version I am getting regular software update almost every week! Overall I am satisfied.

Payment was easy, and the product shipped safely and quickly.

Communication with store was great. All questions has been answered. Product was as in description and the delivery was accurate. No delays at all. Store is highly recommended!

The customer support was quick and great, but the system itself could use some improvement. The first order automatically refunded after one week due to ordered product being out of stock. After the second order, it took about two weeks before shipping information appeared and became trackable. All in all, the product arrived at the very limit of the given time frame and in great condition.

Installation of google on Chinese set to international buyers. Google works well on my new Honor Magicpad 2... Product reached me fast. Good choice for choosing Ninjavan.. able to have options on receiving the my parcel at my convenience after work.

My experience ordering a global Oppo X8 from the UK

24/02 - ordered global oppo X8
25/02 - status went from processing to trasferring
27/02 - emailed etoren to ask what was going on? they told me within an hour the order was shipped and to just wait even though the website tracker was on transferring
02/03 - still transferring on website tracker but i though let me check delivery apps (dpd and dhl) as thats what they say they use, and it was there on the dpd app as shipment info received on 28/2
05/03 - dpd tracking updated to show they had recieved the shipmenet (etoren website still stuck at transferring and unfulfilled)
07/03 delivered and well.

So takeaways are
- the website is legit and you do get what you order.
- estimated shipping date was 16th-26th march and they delievered ahead of that on the 7th march.
-ordered on 24th feb and delivered 7th march so 11 days door to door, not fantastic but not terrible
-there really was no tax or customs to pay
- it is actually the global version

Best customer service and best timing for delivery . They said , my order will be delivered between 13 Feb and 26 Feb , but they delivered it 5 days before . I will highly recommend this seller . I am thinking to buy again in future

Quick shipments and delivery (albeit tracking is available late on fulfilment). Great price for the smartphone i've got, which is what i was looking for!
