Poor Customer Service

I am trying to resolve an issue with a Hurley Advant 5/3 Kids wetsuit, which I have submitted to Hurley’s customer service.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a satisfactory solution: the wetsuit was purchased in a physical store in Spain (it was a gift from my son’s grandmother), and customer service informed me that only the store where it was purchased could handle the issue.

I live in Portugal, which makes this process practically impossible.

Not always are the brands we admire most able to provide support when we need it.

It is frustrating to see an excellent product become unusable and not have a simple solution.

I cannot stress how important it is to…

I cannot stress how important it is to absolutely do NOT buy from Hurley, they have terrible customer service and I say that incredibly lightly.

I bought some items around a month ago, returned within a few days, it seems theres an issue on UPS side, Hurley decide to email me less than once a week, I have reached out on their Instagram, they have no number to call, this is still ongoing and have yet to hear anything from anyone to resolve this, save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else.

And Customers are beding handeld poorly, just cancel and Tell you to recorder
No informatie if the item Will be back in stock etc and when and of if you can then buy at the same price
Horrible service

Link to track your order also not working

Hurley EU is a nightmare to deal with!!!
