Love the hair

I received something totally different then what I ordered for $240 supposed to have been 24 inches but received a short 18 in shaggy wig!!! DO NOT PURCHASE! You won’t receive what you order and they don’t want to refund me! I spoke to my bank institution and all charges reversed! A 1 star rating for me!!!! 😡

I have been ordering from this company for the past 6 months and i am obsessed! Each wig i have received has been amazing quality and are still like new to this day! Any time i have a question they always answer back in a timely manner. They forever have a customer out of me!

Color was not like picture

Never received package, requested a full refund last week, still no refund. Wig was for my birthday. Had to purchase different hair

Hair is soft, doesn’t shed and very much good quality. Even the 180 density still feels full and natural. It doesn’t have a smell and the customer service is fantastic

Hi 😊 My mom wants to buy a wig from your website but we live in italy. I'm an old customer and a few years ago I remember that you guys used to ship in italy too, but now at the checkout Italy is not listed in the countries you guys ship at. I noticed that using paypal to pay tho it was possible to ship to italy, is that right?

I order ombré ginger copper with brown wig!!!’ And when the wig arrives it’s on orange and very little burgundy. Contact the company several times to return it!!! They first offer was half.. and I wanted a full refund due to not what I ordered.and then I ask for address to send back then they offer to refund me 10 dollars when I was go settle they never responded well stop responding never ever will I order from here again

I recently purchased hair from this company, spending nearly $400 with high expectations based on their advertised quality. Unfortunately, the product did not meet the standards that were promised. The hair quality was far below what was described, which was incredibly disappointing.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out twice for assistance, hoping to resolve the issue, but received no response. It’s completely unacceptable for a company to ignore their customers, especially when such a significant amount of money is involved.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience all around.

I needed to cancel my order and reached out to the company by email. Someone called me to get a better understanding of why I wanted to cancel and then started the process of giving me a refund. Great customer service. I will be ordering again soon.

The wig was sent fast and is very soft

I love my wig I have got so many compliments it’s been amazing 🥰

It didn’t have the middle part or edges like I asked for to already have done.

Wasn’t what i thought it would be

The hair was very thin, smell bad I don’t know how to get the smell out without ruining the style & whatever chemicals were used to process the hair made me itch. I cannot afford to send it back because it’s so expensive so, I have to accept a refund of partial payment of my hard earned money 😔

Got this wig for my birthday and i love it. it’s soft, it’s full, soft, barely sheds, color is not bright. (it’s giving tiktok influencer wig). Will definitely order again “#99j burgundy , 28inch”

I’m soo in love with this wig the best colored wig I’ve bought first time buying from them and won’t be the last very pleased ☺️☺️ and it came very quick

10/10 run and get you about 10. chile this is my 3rd time and when i say they do not play when it comes to supporting there customers
