First purchase smooth and speedy

My first purchase went very well. Bit nervous about the legitimacy of the website at first but now I'd be happy to recommend this to friends and family. In fact I'll be getting my elderly parents to switch to this. Our local pharmacies are useless - often forget to process prescriptions and are constantly out of stock. Let's see if online is the future. I found the ordering process very easy and my order arrived in two days. I can feel my life expectancy increasing as I type.

Good Service

Good service and good comms on delay.
So much of your offering is delivery dependent. After a couple of recent bad DPD experiences, latest guy was just fine. I think you should be very sensitive to Customer Delivery evaluation. As to your company; just fine

Dpd lost order

Until my last order pharmxtra have been great. Then they switched from yodel to dpd yodel never had any issues with delivery then dpd took over delivery lost my order and kept telling me order was delayed emailed pharmxtra 6 times and they only answered 1 email finally six weeks later and new order sent out i got my order.

Trustworthy people.

I’ve used PharmXtra for years now they haven’t been called this for very long but these are 100% trustworthy and they deliver on time answer your calls when open , they was late once but tbh it was not PharmXtra fault but I received my parcel two days after it was supposed to get to me , like I said 100% trustworthy and they. Thanks you guys . I will always use you lot .
