Bought from them a few times now. All problem free and genuine Pain Killers. Gave them 4 stars as they are rather expensive. Otherwise it would've been 5 stars.

Very fast shipment. I made a mistake with the address I gave but between myself, the courier and PharmXtra my delivery came on the second day.

Current order was delayed a little by volume of Black Friday sales, but contacted customer service by phone, and was reassured that order would be on its way soon. Arriving today. Ordering itself is seamless. Place order go through consultation and then approval and this is usually very quick. It’s the shipping that loses PharmXtra a star for me. Whether I pay for next day shipping or other shipping it seems to take forever ( I don’t live anywhere remote). Ordered something last Friday it was approved and despatched same day which is excellent however I’m still waiting for it with no notifications at all from shipping company.

Disgraceful. Allowing customers to pay for next day delivery… there is absolutely no delay with the delivery side..DPD delver very quickly when they receive the item from here. That is the problem. Company must be very greedy.. this time of year is very busy plus 25% off means probably double orders… so hire temporary staff to cover the excess work… but they don’t do that… so customer pays for express delivery and has zero chance.. I ordered Monday early morning and it’s not even been dispensed. It’s now Thursday and I ordered next day. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Fine up until the last order when the money was taken but my order didn’t arrive.

Ordered on the 29th November with next day delivery and it’s still being held at DPD York depot, they said they are sending my parcel back to Pharmxtra.. it is now the 4th December.. I’ve wrote to DPD, wrote to Pharmxtra and nothing! I’ve never had a problem before but this isn’t good, especially paying £89.99 + next day delivery.. not good at all

Online pharmacies like PharmXtra are essential to maintain quality of life for someone like myself with chronic health problems, where NHS practitioners are reluctant to prescribe, often because of cost limitations or external regulation.
