Complete scam. Impossible to reach them. After 5 weeks of travel, package is still traveling in Germany from city to city. I suspect they pretend that packages are moving to keep customers patient and thus avoid chargebacks.
But clearly, Euro2Trans works closely with Inwohn (also a scammy website) to deceive users. Avoid at all cost.
I’m very disappointed with the service from EWuro 2 Trans. My package has been under investigation since June 4th, and despite sending four emails, I have not received any reply or update.
Lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with missing shipments. I expected at least a basic response or timeline, but the silence has made the situation worse.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Expected on june 12 still not received, tracking saying investigating since june 19. Not possible to contact someone no phone no email. I think It Is fake
Received tracking ref 30 Apr, with expected delivery 30 May, still not delivered 18 June! Was told 5-10 working days on 4 June. When viewing tracking, it states delay on 3 June & has stated investigating since 6 June. It is 10 working days from 4 June now. Contacted Euro2trans again 16 June & had no reply. Very unimpressed!
