Dear team, I have put my car in Euro master - Ferney Voltaire - 01210 FRANCE (second visit) to just update the revision. The cost will be 1,200 Euros. This was on Monday 06 October 2025. Normally, it was just a morning's work. However, it is now Friday 10 October and I still do not have any news. Nobody calls to inform me of what is going on. I have called 5 times. But do you know what - they can keep my car !! LOL - And they won the award of 2025 !! Wow, what the other company's must be like?? no comment. Good luck customers in Ferney Voltaire !!

Emergency visit while on holiday to Euromaster Castets France. We needed tyres and valve change. The service was exceptional. We were taken immediately. Staff explained the problems and we were given a quote in advance of any work being carried out. Very efficient and fast. Very good price. I cannot recommend Euromaster enough... 5 stars!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Paid 500 EURO to change breaks 2 days ago and the left wheel afterwards makes a strong terrible “dunking” noice when breaking. EUROMASTER La Bocca, Cannes France claims everything is fine and it is another piece that is broken but they cannot repair it. I asked them to change the break again on a guarantee but they just firmly denied. I cannot recommend this place to anyone !!!
