I brough my car to the garage to check…

I brough my car to the garage to check a small noise coming out of the engine , The mechanic guy removed the cover and 2 x belts and unscrewed some bits inside to tell me that it was an issue with the compressor due to an excessive use of the AC during the heatwave and then few minutes later , He said it was crankshaft and then oil quality !! I immediately understood that He was not really experienced particularly when He said that's it was the first time you saw an engine and British car! As soon as I turned the engine suddenly it was a massive smoke coming out of car exhaust and it was no reaction at all !! So I panicked since I brought him the car only to check the noise and He made it worst !! He refused to take any responsibility or liability and He just simply said it was not his problem and started shouting at me to try to intimidate me in the front of my kids ! I told him you made the car worst and I cant drive with the smoke , so He threaten me to call the police which I did not have any issue with that ! however , He did not as He knew that He had not case at all . I decided to call the costumers service and I was told that He only checked the oil level and nothing else despite being there when I saw everything ! they did try to support or to provide any solution and ignored my calls and emails . They are careless and unprofessional and despite explaining to them that He made the car worst and i Was travelling back to the UK on the same day . Stay away from SPEEDY , they are careless and refused to take any responsibility despite being with minors in the car and never mind the shouting and the intimidation. This Company has no respect for people and lack any sort of empathy or responsibility since they saw me from the UK. STAY AWAYY from SCAMMERS. I have to pay for recovery and took it to another garage where they confirmed that it was a small filter to exchange and none of the non sense He mentioned to me and did not put back the things accordingly. SHAME ON YOU SPEEDY !!

2 weeks ago, I brought a flat tyre with a nail inside for repair at 4.00pm. The head of the garage told me to come & pick up the repaired tyre the same day by 6.30pm. Told him I could not because we had to attend a cocktail but that I would come the next day in the morning at around 10.00am. Did so but was told that "he did not have the tool for removing the nail and that he will get it only after 6.30pm the same day! So came back again after 6.30 when they did the job in 5 mins. By that time, there were only 2 in the garage, to head and some employee. I asked for the bill and he said : no bill, give me cash. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hate this sort of behaviour.

Amazing service

Amazing service from George at the Speedy Aylesford depot. George took his time to explain how the hiring equipment worked and also had some really good tips for getting the most our of my project.
He even helped me to get everything into my car.
I would highly recommend using Speedy!
