I'd like to thank Euro Parking Services for their meaningless response to my previous review - which doesn't address the issue I had or the fact I HAD paid for parking .... definitely a case for TrustPilot introducing a Zero (or less) rating.
Also going to complain to the landowner and suggest Euro Parking Services is negatively affecting their hotel's customer experience.
I parked for less than 3 mins, had the engine on. I didn't receive the original pcn in the post but received a final reminder for £100 instead! There is no way to appeal or email them! I sent a letter to them via recorded delivery making an complaint and they have received it I can see through tracking! They are thieves and con artists! Their standards and procedures need to be inspected and investigated by the authorities!

As this abhorrent company has never received other than one star reviews, I'm sure if there were an option to award zero they'd clean up, how is it they have an overall atrocious rating of 1.3 ? I'm sure the directors of this scam company won't give a flying _---k but in the interests of accuracy Trustpilot please respond. Thank you.
If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would !
I recently have had my vehicles numberplate cloned and used on another vehicle around the birmingham area.
I received a letter from this company with a fixed penalty fine, I have since appealed this with all the sufficient pictures of my vehicle to show that infact this wasn't mine , since then I have had an email back from this company who have reviewed the case but haven't taken anything on board and still believe this was my vehicle . I have raised this with the west midland police and have a crime reference number .
Now if this isn't enough I don't know what is !

Nothing more than harrasment and extortion. We won't be paying you a penny. We purchased a valid ticket but your faulty machine printed wrong reg. Put your money where your mouth is and take us to court. You will lose. I note no one from this company has the guts to respond on here. Says it all. Don't giving to them.
Update.
What a joke this company is. They responded to my comments with a number that is for payment. No option to speak to someone. Stop hiding behind your illegal practices. Supply a number that will get me to speak to someone.

awful scammers! they fined me for parking on my own designated parking spot just because i came with a different car and waited 10 mins my own apartment designated parking. i even registered my car on the website and still got a fine. they are scammers!!!!

I paid for parking, displayed the ticket and left on time. I did everything correctly. I didn't receive the first letter for my fine but got the final notification letter saying i must pay £100 or risk to go court.

Scum company. They make up lies saying you haven’t paid to make money. When I have photographic evidence I registered my car in the gym. How do they sleep at night with such cowardly bullying behaviour. Scum bags

I have a blue badge and I was on my way to hospital when I parked for precisely four minutes next to a Tesco extra. Three days later, I have received a really threatening letter and an insistence that I pay £60. I didn’t see any notices, there were other cars parked there and I was in a desperate rush to get to the hospital where I was staying. I think this is disgraceful. Not only that, but the letter itself is threatening.
It also tells me that I’m a company Secretary apparently. That who it was addressed to

Awful company scammers frauds disgusting don’t know how they can sleep at night stealing of people. Machines wasn’t working in church street Maidstone parking so couldn’t pay, appealed it with proof of machine not working and time date etc but ignored appeal and sent straight away a debt letter of £160
Do you have to pay this!!!!!

I waited for a space to park in one of the Car Parks they manage. No space became anvailable and I left. They then sent me a PCN. I will be appealing this, what I believe to be, an act of fraud. We no longer use this car park and as a result we have spent over £80 in other nearby car parks, none managed by this lot. Over a year that will be c£400 their client will loose. The car park serves a number of local businesses and many owners have told me that they have noticed a fall in footfall since this outfit took over the parking enforcement for the car park and they put it down to the aggressive parking policy of this lot. Hopefully, the landowner will see sense and boot them off site.

Scum bags. My 4 year old son who had just came out of hospital the day before following a operation had fallen sick on our way home from the chemist, coughing and vomiting inside of the car. I pulled in a church car park for 13 minutes, yes 13 minutes (the car park was empty) to take him into a local restaurant to clean him up in the restroom (he was also deficating and in histerics and they have given me £60 fine, absolutely disgusting shameful company. I had no other choice but to pull in there and saw non signs regarding parking as my priority was caring for my son. I have barely got a pot to p*** in at the moment.

The machine would not accept the first letter of the reg plate despite several attempts. I paid for more time than was needed and received a parking fine of £60. I provided bank statements to show the payment had gone through and the appeal was turned down. I was informed that no further appeal would be considered. I tried phoning and emailing for the details to go to Arbitration. No reply and the phone just kept me in a loop, finally giving an error code. These people are just making money ,hand over fist, with no regard to others.
Visiting Loughborough for the first time, parked for 8 minutes to drop daughter at her new flat and use bathroom. Neither daughter nor i knew the area and no significant markings to suggest restrictions at 7pm. Received £100 fine. Appeal swatted away with standard rebuttal. They know I am not going to drive 100 miles to Loughborough to prove them wrong. Cheating opportunistic shysters who are a skidmark in society
Scam and disgusting company. Fined 4 times from January to February from Kings Heath St. Dunstan's Catholic Church. I was taking my daughter to football once a week for 1 hour and paid for parking every time I went. Received 2 fines in the post in the same week and 2 the following week. All 4 fines received at the mid-end of Feb. All fines appealed with proof of payment 2 by machine and 2 by the app (because the machine wasn't working!) and appeals refused! Paid the first 2 fines as I didn't want the price to go up especially after them already being refused, god knows why. I paid these before receiving the second 2 fines, so on the last 2 I called the company on 6th March, after numerous calls I got lucky and managed to get through to a gentleman with a very strong accent who told me not to pay the last 2 fines as they are all being put on hold and will be getting cancelled due to human/technical error, there clearly was an error somewhere as many parents and church goers had received fines wrongfully within the same weeks. I did receive one cancelled letter for 1 PCN but not for the 2nd. Now nearly 6 months later, at the end of July I receive a 'FINAL REMINDER' letter for £140.00 (I have only ever had the first PCN fine and then the final reminder). I again call the company on 23rd July and after several attempts I got lucky to speak to another or same gentlemen who basically told me I was lying and wouldn't of been told this information and all I could do was appeal it online, however you have to appeal it within 21days of the original fine. When mentioned this he said you'll have to post your appeal and put the phone down on me. Customer service is shocking and are very lucky to even get to speak to someone on the phone - even then they can't help with much and the hole system is awful and needs seriously looking at. It's fair to say if we see a car park being managed by Euro Park Services we don't bother parking in it. If your a business and want to use this company for your parking - don't bother! unless you want to reduce and upset your custom. I know multiple clubs and classes that have now moved away from this venue due to the parking and their incompetence.
This company is complicit in the scandalous back door taxing that drivers and residents experience through these penalties. Yet services are continuously declining.
I have tried to get to talk to someone about a letter they have sent me it's my address I've lived here since 2002 never heard of person I don't drive and never have
I parked at the Harvester Compasses Hornchurch on 09.04 for lunch with my 3 sisters, 2 of which were having their birthday. I was rushing as I was in my lunch hour. I know I put my car reg in the screen and I was there for 1 hour. I received a final notice in May from Euro parks and wrote a letter back to them telling them I didn’t have a first notice! I am disabled but there were no places but did display my badge. I have been ill and ended up in hospital but my sister too me on holiday last week and I have come home to a letter from Debt Recovery plus! Well it would be plus for £170 wouldn’t it. So I called them and was told I am past the 7 days I was given and if I didn’t pay today they would start court proceedings. Let me repeat! I went to lunch for an hour! My sister then paid them as I couldn’t afford it before getting paid and can’t take the chance they start court proceedings. How do these people sleep at night? Rubbing their hands together I guess because it’s the rest of us that are scared now to go out and park our cars
Well would it surprise anyone that I feel violated , robbed, mugged and hit over the head with a brick. Drove to a church in London, over 150 miles away, not knowing had to pay to park, and after appealing bill racked up to £160!!! Yes £160! Daylight Robbery
Was charged in a disabled parking space for seven minutes and was charged £140. I do have a blue badge but forgot to put it out because I suffer with brain fog as part of my condition. They then sent us a final notice, and we hadn’t even received a first notice. Disbicable company.
