Unfortunately as many say ,,they took £600 of me and would advertise worldwide but 2 years on and absolutely nothing,,Mark Mallon promises everything and delivered nothing ,,I have knocked my price down 20k and still nothing ,,totally waste of time .The company should return all monies and be closed down..ps that’s why they take money up front as if they did it after selling like normal property sales it would make them work at it

After two years on the so-called market…

After two years on the so-called market and no contact from Mark Mallon, other than one conversation I had with him during covid when I called him for some update, I decided it was time to do a bit of searching and found this review site.!!!! Well, I can't say I was shocked, but it was news I didn't really want to see after paying him a substantial fee. What an absolute rip off. Very quick to take my money with so many promises that the house would be advertised with worldwide coverage but absolutely no work done. In fact, the advert was comprised by us, and he just cut and pasted it. Suffice to say the house is still for sale so if anyone has any suggestions of a trustworthy, proactive agent leave a good review.

Beware of euroresales.com! Unfortunately I too engaged this…

Unfortunately I too engaged this company over 1 year ago to advertise land I own abroad. I dealt with Mark Mallon who initially seemed genuine and always responded after I contacted me for an update until a month or so ago. Recently however I have been unable to reach him either by email or telephone to reach his company's website, euroresales.com. I only became suspicious after calling and getting a voicemail message stating that all staff working from home owing to a COVID outbreak. This morning I called and a company called yay.com answered. Yay sell telephone numbers and after speaking to them I discovered that that euroresales.com had ceased using the number that had reverted back to Yay. Clearly euroresales.com is no longer operating online or at all although Euro Resales Limited is still registered at Companies the Register of as 'active'. However I assume it is only a matter of time before it is dissolved or struck off for non-compliance with registration regulations! Trustpilot it is perhaps time you revisited your data on Euroresales.com

Euroresales/Sell-Overseas-Property.com is a scam!

This company charged me £600, promising global advertising, exhibits at international fairs and a shiny brochure for the sale of my property in France. Three years later, none of this has happened. I did eventually sell (via an official French estate agent), but the company is still advertising my house! It even has the wrong address on it! I have tried to contact them, all emails have bounced back and writing to them via their contact form has provided no response. I have therefore reported them to Police Action Fraud. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM!

Mark Mallin/Euro Resales / .......avoid at all cost

Like the others say, he took the money and ran. Response was good to start but then all went quiet.
My property is no longer listed on various sites and no reply from Mark. The Euro Resale website is gone and emails to that company bounce back.
Their website address now forwards to a company called Esales Prop Ltd, virtually same postal code and phone number (couple of digits changed) and my property is listed on this 'new' company website.....without my permission. Esales have contacted me to say they are NOT the same company and are competitors and their legal team have been advised. They say they received my property from a company called Arkadia who I have had no dealings with. They also advised that Euro Resales is now setting up as KYM properties.

Unsure what to think/believe.
You are forewarned - I wish I was !!!!

Eurosales is definitely a SCAM

I can now confirm that Eurosales is definitely a scam. NEVER trust a word Mark Mallon tells you to get you to pay them & then do NOTHING for you. I should have given up on them after a year NOT waited for 3 miserable years. They have DEFINITELY
removed me from their database as all the links which they sent me at the beginning are NOT accessible.

Listed my house in 2021 but NOTHING

Listed my house in 2021, I've had no communication from Mark to update us on the sale of our house in Trept (France). Paid all fees, the house was listed but other than that we've heard nothing! Very bad customer service & I am feeling more & more like we've been scammed of £600!!

This "estate agency" should be reported by ALL of us who's been in similar situation.

Mark if you read this, have the decency to reach out to your customers that trusted you. Do the right thing

Do not trust a word …

Do not trust a word that these people say. Pushed us to market our property and for payment, then just copy and pasted our information. We had to chase them to get it onto their "partner" sites and then again as they way overvalued the property. No response to emails, phones or other communications. Only got one star because your can't leave none! Do not fall for their patter totally untrustworthy. Even contacting the MD had no reply.

They take your money and then do the minimum

Not had any updates or phone calls over the last 4 years without me contacting them first, and they keep blaming covid on having no interest. No evidence of effective marketing either. Keep giving excuses for not getting in touch with me first. Awful experience overall. Would strongly avoid

Good choice for my holiday home

Decided to sell my house on the West Coast of Ireland. I had successfully run a Airbnb hosting from there but wanted to move on. Rather than use a traditional local agency I came across Euroresales.com and was impressed with the coverage they offered and professional looking website. I felt that this was more suitable for the marketing of my property than ordinary sites. Encouraged by the good reviews I went ahead. Having some experience of sales and marketing I supplied the photos and description myself. Within a few days Mark (my contact) emailed me with the first enquiries and a viewing was arranged. It would have sold straight away if not for one of the buyer's two other partners dropping out. No problem, Mark soon had several more lined up and eventually a lovely couple from France bought it. So, very easy and quick for me. I can only speak about my own experience but if you do a bit of input like accurate pricing, good clean presentation and work with the Euroresales.com team I'm sure you can find a buyer. The up front fee was a bargain considering what local agents wanted.

Very good experience

Very good experience, Mark Mallon was our agent and a pleasure to deal with. We have secured and offer in under two weeks, thanks to Mark with everything running smoothly.
Our house was advertised so well and on many sites to maximize views and interest..altogether very happy.

So so pleased I found Euroresales Ltd

AS I always make a point of crossing the T's and dotting the i's needless to say I was well sceptical at first in using this company as I had never heard of them. After getting the so called normal high street Estate Agents in, it became a different ball game. I found they were full of lies by trying to undervalue my property so as to get a quick sale. They were not interested in anything other than the quick buck. Because I failed to commit there and then to their terms they failed to return my calls when I had a question. On the other hand, I found Mark at Euro Resales LTD. Totally professional, and a breath of fresh air. Mark is, for 99% of the time at the end of the phone and always willing to help. So glad I discovered Euro Resales LTD. and in the shortest space of time I have some up and coming viewings. Highly recommend them.

After selling our house within 2 days…

After selling our house within 2 days last October 2020, it then fell through, so had to re-advertised.

The service provided second time was just as good as the first time. Re-sold within a week.

Excellent company, responsive, helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
